Garage did ok but Pat needs a personality bypass - communication skills zero in fact customer skills zero
I attended to collect my daughters car, office was empty, so called into the work area to be met by the zombie Pat who just looked blankly at me whilst I asked politely if someone could come to the office. Luckily a wonderful happy smiling young lad served me and saved the day. Well done to him - keep Pat in the garage - honestly shocking as
