- YYYameenApr 9, 20261.0Worst rental company and horrible extremely rude staff, such an appalling behaviour, they just don’t listen to you . Zero etiquettes. I didn’t have a boarding pass, I had emailed them about it . I had a reply on the email that it has been read abd if any further action is needed the manager will call or contact me , but there was no email. At the airport the staff were not listening and just shouting and refused to discuss anything. The company needs the look into it that the staff at the airport has some basic manners and politeness . I have booked at all other companies at the Birmingham airport atleast 10 times till now , never faced any issues with other companies. Enterprise and Alamo are horrendous My advise to all people - never book with them

From explaining all of the optional charges, to giving me a great deal on an upgrade, I had a lovely experience. Unlike the competitors, I felt that everything was fair, I didn't feel scammed, and most importantly the staff gave me an unbelievable welcome. This is how to run a car rental company.
