  Great experience with Enterprise Car Rental I had a very good experience with Enterprise Car Rental. The car was clean and well maintained, and the handover process was smooth and well organized. The staff clearly explained everything, especially the protection-related queries, which made the process easy to understand. Unfortunately, I made a small scratch on the car while reversing. I explained the situation to the Enterprise employee, and he handled it very professionally. He clearly explained the process, including how the deduction amount works, and provided all the necessary details in a transparent manner. Overall, the staff were helpful, honest, and supportive. It was a good experience, and I would recommend Enterprise Car Rental.

  The Branch manager ‘Rohit’ is very rude, aggressive and intimidating, I have been approached by this individual outside of the branch and also has admitted to stalking me by tracking the vehicle though the tracker for no reason which is a breach of GDPR. I advise anyone who attends this branch to avoid him as he is not a pleasant indivual and will behave the same way with anyone!!!!

  Recently hired a car from Enterprise and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. A special mention goes to Riaz, who went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and willingness to help were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. It's rare to come across customer service of this standard these days, and Riaz is a real credit to Enterprise. The vehicle was excellent, the service was first-class, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Enterprise again or recommend them to others. Thank you, Riaz, for providing such a fantastic experience.

  Why would I pay extra for roadside recovery? If the car breaks down it needs replacing for one that works, pay extra for sat nav ? Sat nav as standard even in a basic car, paid extra to have automatic and given a manual, seems enterprise are so desperate to fleece their customers that they forgot to actually check if they had the car they charged me for !
