  Booked a premium car but was downgraded to a standard SUV on arrival with no proper explanation or partial refund offered. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive when questioned. I refused the rental and was told I'd get a full refund within 3-5 business days, but it never arrived. After chasing, I was told it hadn't been processed with no clear reason. Unreliable service, slow refunds, and no accountability. Avoid.

  We hadden een auto geboekt met automaat voor 800 pond. Hier ook een bevestiging van gekregen. Bij aankomst bij de balie zei de persoon dat er geen automaat beschikbaar was. NU werd er een hele dure auto aangesmeerd voor 2600 pond EXTRA!!! Wat een legale oplichters!!! Wees gewaarschuwd!

  Rakhim nous a parfaitement accueillis avec sourire et efficacité. La voiture est parfaite et très propre. Le retour de la voiture s'est très bien passé malgré un petit accident. Nous n'avons rien eu à payer en complément car nous avions pris l'assurance complète. Nous recommandons Sixt Birmingham.

  Absolutely appalling experience at Sixt Birmingham Airport, The single Staff member was unhelpful he was also the only person working there at the time while there was other customers waiting and 2 empty booths stood nearby, he later started making up some lies as we arrived to take the reserved vehicle and started to say that identification is not going through while there was everything there that sixt wanted for the customer to have to pick up the vehicle , He then says that he is refusing to hand over a prepaid vehicle which that had been booked and paid for over a month in advance without giving any valid reason, instead making excuses about "failed checks" that were never properly explained. It felt like he was deliberately making things difficult despite everything being in order, which left us stranded and frustrated after expecting a smooth pickup from sixt but the unprofessional staff member ruined it will never be renting from such a company such as Sixt.

  Bei der Abholung wurde mir ein Upgrade aufgedrängt. Leider hat der Mitarbeiter vergessen zu erwähnen das damit eine zusätzliche Gebühr fällig (130 GBP) wird. Das Auto wurde mir mit einem Reifen der Luft verliert übergeben (geringer Reifendruck wurde auch im Display angezeigt). Ich musste mehrmals Luft nachfüllen. Ich habe eine Rückerstattung der Gebühr erhalten. Daher Korrektur meiner ursprünglichen Beurteilung.
