  I have used the other rental companies @ BHX in the past and found them ok sometimes terrible. If your looking for top tier customer service and a smooth process after a long flight look for Bal @ SIXT

  The worst car booking I have ever seen in more than 20 years. Be warned that if your flight is delayed, nothing will be communicated and the office will not make any effort to ensure you have your car. They will leave you stuck. Next time I will book with Enterprise who remained open and waited for clients to arrive as they were aware of the delayed flight. True customer service from Enterprise car rental. Next time I’m coming to you! SIXT it’s the last time I’m using this company!

  I just wanted to make a complaint about the process. First of all, we didn’t receive the car that we originally wanted. Why can’t you make it clear on the website when a specific car is not available? Secondly, I have called three times to chase my deposit refund, but unfortunately, I haven’t had any luck. Each time, I’m given a different date for when the refund will be processed. When I paid the deposit, I was told that the money would be returned to my account within a maximum of 7 days. I have now called three times over the last four weeks, and I am still waiting for my refund. I woudnt recomened

  I do not recommend SIXT to anyone. First, you need to make sure that the car has no existing damage when you collect it. When I picked up the car, I informed the employee about a scratch and was told that it had already been recorded in the report and that it was old damage. However, after I returned the car, they emailed me claiming that I had caused the scratch. Fortunately, I had taken photos of the car before collecting it and sent them the evidence. After I provided the photos, they stopped responding, clearly because they did not expect me to have documented the car before taking it. Even when I contacted customer service, the service was extremely poor and unhelpful. This will definitely be my last time dealing with SIXT. I strongly advise people to be very careful when renting from them, and personally, I will not use this company again.
