  Great service from Perry! He was very kind and waited for us after our flight had an hour of delay till 12:30 AM. He first gave us a big car and when we asked for a smaller car, he kindly changed it for us! Everything went very smoothly! Thanks again!

  Attempted fraud & dishonest. First because my return was out of hours I was told someone would be there waiting for me at 6 am to collect the keys. I arrived at 5:50 waited until 6:30 and no one came. I knew of this company's history of being misleading so I took pictures of the entirety of that car in preparation. After returning the vehicle, I was contacted about alleged damage that they claimed was chargeable because it met their 20mm threshold. However, the first image they sent me showed a mark that appeared clearly under 20mm, barely 10mm in size. I disputed this and pointed out that it did not meet their own chargeable damage standard. Two days later, I was sent a second image showing what was clearly different to the first image they sent with what appeared to be a larger mark/dent. This was extremely concerning, as it was not consistent with the original image they had sent or with the photos I took when returning the car. Fortunately for myself my credit card company protects me but it's important for everyone to see the attempted fraud and dishonest practices this company tries.

  At Birmingham, Umar was exceptional, honest and even gave me a very reasonable upgrade. He didn’t over sell other insurance or products. Only reason I didn’t go 5 stars on collection is that the car has 4/5 issues on wheel trims and scratches on the front corner that weren’t made aware to me. I think though it had just been returned. However I’ve obviously got all the videos and pictures so not expecting an issue when I return it

  I had a great experience with Green Motion Car Rental Birmingham International. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. A special thank you to Petito and Perry, who were both friendly, helpful, and made the rental experience stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided excellent customer service throughout. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. Pickup and return were quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend Green Motion Birmingham and will happily use them again in the future.

  Extremely poor service, booked a car, arrived at the unattended office and waited 20 minutes, tried calling and no answer. Then got the rude condesending "customer service" treatment being told conflicting things to what i had understood on my original booking from booking.com. Request for different credit card, large booking fee, pushy request for more insurance, evidence of air tickets and after showing the chap on my phone this wasn't suffice he wanted the evidence emailed. He even wanted to know what i do for work.. And after I asked why he needs all that information, he replied "Do you want a car"? "Otherwise you can cancel"! I asked will I get my money back? He said yes I'll cancel and you'll get your money back! Turns out the next day, when I communicated with booking.com, he never cancelled anything and they would only give me half the booking money back. Basically, either the rude chap deliberately mislead me or he hasn't got a clue what the booking.com policy is and as usual beteween the incompetentcy of the two companies the consumer ends up out of pocket.
