  Hired a car for 24h . My £200 deposit has not been returned and the e-mailed rental agreement is unintelligible.

  I booked online for my wife a car and she was coming with 2 under 2yo, i called enterprise to make sure there will be 2 baby seats in the car all good on the phone i got proper service from the lady i spoke with, they assured me everything will be spot on, few days later my wife got there car wasn't ready, no baby seats and most important no fuel in the car, then they make her to pay for a extra insurance she said NO, they said she won't gonna get the car...(she got this treatment because she was a woman) what she could do 9PM with 2 men who are more interested if u male or female laughing about her renting than doing them jobs, people without principles who are working only for bonus 😥😥😥 AVOID !!!!!!!!

  As a business customer, I've rented from Enterprise on many occasions and have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Birmingham Airport branch was very disappointing. I prepaid for a personal rental and arrived to collect the vehicle, only to be told that I could not have the car because I did not have a flight ticket. The booking was made only a few hours before collection, and at no point during the online booking process was this requirement made clear. I also received no phone call or communication from the branch to highlight the issue before I travelled to collect the vehicle. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. There was no apology, empathy, or attempt to find a solution—just a matter-of-fact statement that the vehicle could not be released. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but clear communication and good customer service go a long way. Sadly, on this occasion, both were lacking.

  I rented a car for 2 days and I was very impressed with the two lads I dealt with. They were both very friendly and efficient. There were no complications ... Thank you Danny and Tyreece.

  I have hired twice from Birmingham airport branch. Service is seamless ,and the process is easy and hassle free very nice cars and the staff is efficient fast and very polite .its location is also a plus. A big thank you for making our trip to uk easy .
