  Enterprise BHX would be the only one I highly recommend car renting place. For work reason I travelled a lot nationwide. I have encountered almost all kinds of situations in car renting but Natalia and Zach really impressed me with their professionalism and coutersy. They are friendly and always willing to help clients reslove their questions and requests. If you are renting a car as well, this will be your best choice. The place are crowded but the people and service definitely deserve the waiting.

  Extremely poor customer service, they will take your booking but refuse to give a vehicle when you turn up. Staff never answer the phone

  The insurance arranged a Q7 for me (August 2026) and it had a problem. Was able to swap for a XC90 but I stupidly left a tool bag in the Q7. Contacted them with no clarity or resolve so eventually drove there. Nobody knew anything. No cameras to check. It had simply vanished. Big mistake to leave it in the car but how can a bright red tool bag just vanish?!? Valuables gone and that’s it! My mistake, my loss. Annoying and lost faith in people. Lesson - Don’t leave ANYTHING in an ENTERPRISE car, IT WILL GET NICKED!

  This branch is a disgrace to this company, after flying in on a night flight going to collect a car at 10.45 from here, we had already checked in online. I was travelling with my two children and my mum. We were informed that our address had not been confirmed and we will not be rented a car, the guy (which we didn’t catch his name) just walked off after talking to us to just go and get a taxi because we won’t be renting a car of them. All I can say is that I’m very VERY grateful for Europcar which is before this office helping us with their staff with renting us a car within 15 minutes and us driving off! Enterprise did not inform us with any other reason of us not getting a car, I am still also waiting my refund - and an email informing me of my cancellation! I won’t be using this company again, neither recommending! Honestly very disappointed!
