  Al día siguiente de coger la furgoneta, nos dio la señal de que hacía falta aceite. Nos pusimos en contacto con la oficina y nos indicaron que fuéramos aun servicio oficial y le pusiéramos un litro, que ellos nos lo pagarían. Así lo hicimos y cuando fuimos a entregar el coche en el aeropuerto de Stanted, nos dijeron que lo reclamáramos donde lo habíamos recogido. Hicimos la reclamación hace un mes y todavía no nos han contestado con nada. He vuelto a mandar otro email a ver si ahora contestan.También nos encontramos con que al dar el limpiaparabrisas no tenía agua.

  Great staff, great experience, nicely specced vehicle at a reasonable price, upon return Harris was extremely attentive and helpful, he had great customer service skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor. Thanks to all the staff though for making the rental experience feel like a VIP service. I wish I could leave 10 stars.

  Far too sales focused for me. I just wanted the 5 seat Automatic I booked, but had to upgrade to a BMW X3M even though I booked an 5 seat Automatic. The car only had a 1/2 tank of gas and smelt pretty bad.

  2026/9/17に利用しました。担当者のDanの英語は隣の担当者よりも何倍も気取りやすく丁寧な説明で完璧な理解が出来ました。 予約以外のリクエストにも即座に対応してくれました。 後部の窓が透明なのが防犯的に不安だと言ったら、スモークウインドウの同じ車を直ぐに手配して下さいました。 エンジン始動方法、ナビゲーションの操作方法、後部座席のスライド方法まで丁寧に説明してくれました。 そして最も驚いたのは８日後に返却した時に私のことを覚えてくれて事です。 もちろんスムーズに返却が終了し私は定刻前に空港に戻る事が出来ました。 またこちらでレンタカーするときはDanを予約したいです。

  Absolutely shocking customer service, we were told yesterday whilst still out of the country that there would be someone on call if not waiting for us after our flight with keys for a car. They were informed of our flight arrival time and yet here we are stranded outside at Birmingham airport at gone 3am. Called a number we were given, no answer. Fantastic way to end our honeymoon. NOT.
