The staff at Alamo NCL airport informed me there is a nail in the tyre and there was no puncture. How can I be liable for this? There was physical damage to the car but they went ahead and claimed repair charges from the insurance company.

They were very professional and when it came to our turn we were helped by Omar (I think that was his name!) absolutely top bloke. Took our details very quickly and was just really nice to us. We got an amazing car for the class. Very simple and easy. This is how it should be. Thanks!
