- JKJanarthan Krishnathas5 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I went to collect a courtesy car arranged through IMS, with the rental cost being paid by the insurer. However, when I arrived, I was told that I had to provide a physical credit card. The problem is that I was not properly informed beforehand that I needed to bring the physical card. By the time I arrived at the branch, I had no time to return home and get it. As a result, I had to use my old car and arrange temporary insurance just to deal with the situation. I understand that Enterprise may have policies requiring a physical credit card, even when the rental is being paid by a third party. However, customers should be clearly informed of these requirements before travelling to the branch. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time and additional expense. A very frustrating experience, particularly when the courtesy vehicle was supposed to be arranged as part of an insurance claim. Better communication beforehand would have avoided the entire situation.

Ripping off pensioners by giving them scrap cars. They have been reported to trading standards. Edit in reply; No point in speaking to you further, its with trading standard. I personally dont think you can apologise or use excuses of high customer standards in this case
