  Very Disappointing Service I’ve taken my car to Protyre twice for a wheel alignment, but the steering wheel is still off to one side. I went back again today to have the issue looked at, only to be told that they only provide a one week warranty on the alignment. Very disappointing service, especially after going twice and still having the same problem. I would recommend avoiding this place and going elsewhere. Don’t waste your money.

  Fitting of my tyres was very poor. All balancing weights removed but tyres weren't balanced at all. I had to go to another garage to have the job done properly. (Over 120grm balancing required) tyres pressure ranged from 24psi to 42psi over four tyres. Inexperienced unsupervised children doing the work.

  Avoid this place at all costs. Extremely rude customer service combined with total technical incompetence. The receptionist greeted me with sheer hostility and an awful attitude, making it clear from the second I walked in that customers are an inconvenience to them. When it came to the job itself, the technician tried to refill my AC using only a single blue hose without pulling a vacuum first. My system was completely dry after being flushed and required a full vacuum from both ports to clear out trapped air. When I pointed this out, they became defensive and arrogantly claimed they 'have done this for years.' Because they skipped the vacuum and used only one hose, the system immediately cut out and blew warm air due to air pressure spikes. I had to take my car to a proper AC specialist afterwards who connected both high and low lines, pulled a complete vacuum, and had it blowing ice-cold within minutes. They gave terrible service, botched a simple job, and showed complete disrespect to a paying customer. Save your money, time, and sanity—do not use this garage.

  Very slow service booked apmnt over phone turned 10 minz early car was sat in the car park nearly 1hr staff don’t seem to be interested it will get done when they get round to it first and last time will use this place in Slough not appreciated at all haven’t got time in the day to be sat all day at this place reception has no air conditioning 35 degrees outside honestly so tight…

  I had booked for 2 front tyres to be replaced at 3pm during my lunch break at work. Got to the slough branch at 2.45 and my car was not put on the ramp until 4.15! No one informed me they were overbooked and running behind until I asked. I left the branch at 5pm very angry and disappointed with one the delay and two the lack of communication from reception. The staff was shouting from the workshop that they were overworked and was not able to take a lunch break. Do better for your staff they are the reason you are running. I won’t be using pro tyres slough again I was very disappointed. Also it would have been nice if you had a fan or ac in the waiting room which was hotter then being outside in the 32 degree weather.
