  I recently hired a car from Sixt for one month, and I have to say Emaad was an absolute credit to the company. My phone experience with Sixt customer service beforehand was disappointing. I called to say I was running three hours late to pick up the car and was met with rude, unhelpful behaviour. It left me worried about what to expect in person. Emaad turned that around completely. He greeted me with real professionalism, was reassuring, friendly, and made the whole collection process smooth and stress-free , a total contrast to the phone experience. His outstanding customer service made a real difference, and it's clear he genuinely cares about doing right by customers. Would strongly recommend asking for Emaad if you're hiring from Salford branch.

  Horrible experience from this branch. Booked a Mercedes cla 3weeks in advance only to be told 30min before me collecting that they don’t have it. I understand that happens sometimes and I would expect for them to offer a similar luxury brand vehicle. However their manager offered me a Vauxhall grand land which he claimed was a similar or even high level which I didn’t want and request a refund but he refused to cancel my booking as he thinks that’s a sufficient like to like. Horrible service especially from their manager who is supposed to amend their mistakes rather than take what we give you or you don’t get your money back attitude.

  I recently hired a van from Sixt to help my daughter move to London. When I arrived, I realised I had booked the wrong size van and needed to upgrade. Fortunately, Emad was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy. He patiently guided me through my options and sorted everything out with a smile. During the rental, I also experienced a punctured tyre after driving over a nail! As a mature woman travelling alone, this could have been a very stressful and unpleasant situation. However, thanks to the 24/7 breakdown assistance and tyre cover, the issue was resolved quickly, efficiently, and with minimal stress. The excellent customer service and support throughout my rental made a real difference. I would happily recommend Sixt and would definitely use them again in the future. A special thank you to Emad for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service!
