  Enterprise Salford added optional extras to our booking (excess protection and roadside assistance) despite telling them had full insurance. They handed over a tablet and asked to sign on the dotted line to confirm we were happy with condition of car - did it in such a way where we couldnt see the extras, was a few screens back on their app I guess. I didnt receive the contract to my email til 24hours later which was mid booking, but I responded straight away to say I didnt want those extras. I then told them when I was returning the car and they said I would have to email. I emailed, and the manager Michael Digan rang me, apologised and said they would issue a refund for the items I did not ask for. This refund never came (its been 3 months) despite me following up multiple times and getting radio silence. I then requested refund via credit card dispute which was approved and then overturned due to Enterprise producing their sneaky contract. Snakes. Renter beware.

  First time renting with Enterprise, and I was very happy with the experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. They even offered me a larger car than the one I had originally booked, which was a great bonus. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended!🚗⭐️

  Just borrowed an XC60 for a night to help with commuting to work whilst my car was in the garage, cannot rate highly enough, very kindly picked me up from my home to go and sort out the car and then allowed me to drive the car to the garage to pick my car back up. Very friendly and welcoming service, offered for me to pay a small amount to cover petrol usage just to save going out of my way to refuel. I will use this firm again without hesitation. Thankyou Enterprise, good job.

  Great experience with the staff here. Ali served me and helped me with my first time hiring a car. The rest of the staff were easy to talk to and asked me multiple times if I had been served while I was sat waiting. Silly me forgot my actual car keys, but I quickly rang them and they stored them safely in their vault for me to collect.
