  Hired a van over the Bank holiday and it by far the best car hire experiance I have had. Jordan and his team were friendly and incredibly efficient, meaning were were in and out quickly both on arrival and departure. The van was in great condition and was very good value to hire. I will definitely be using this branch again!

  Found a good price to rent for 5 days from this branch. They offered the latest model with good suspensions to handle the pot holes and excellent fuel efficiency which helped the high oil prices of August 2026. We had a wonderful holiday and would rent again if we need a car in Manchester.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Salford Quays. I made an online booking for 8 July at 4:00 PM, and the reservation was confirmed. Before travelling to collect the car, I called Enterprise to confirm that everything was ready. To my surprise, I was told that there was no vehicle available and that I should not come to collect the car. I asked them a very simple question: If you had no vehicle available, why did you accept and confirm my booking in the first place? They apologised, said they would cancel the reservation, and assured me that my refund would be processed. It is now 11 August, and I STILL have not received my money back. I have contacted Enterprise around 10–12 times regarding this refund. Every single time I call customer service, I get the same excuse: “We have escalated the issue.” How many times does this need to be escalated before someone actually resolves it? First, you accept a confirmed booking when you apparently have no car available. Then you waste the customer’s time. And after cancelling the booking, you cannot even return the customer’s money after more than a month. This is an unacceptable level of customer service. I have never experienced such poor handling of a straightforward refund. For anyone considering Enterprise for a self-drive rental, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking. Based on my experience, the service has been extremely disappointing and completely lacking in accountability.

  Exceptional service from a friendly, welcoming team! Picking up the vehicle was seamless and quick, and their rates easily beat out all the major car rental competitors. neat and cleaned SUV amazing drive with SUV from LHR London Heathrow to Manchester, return at Salford. Nice big clean and quick return office both side staff for very professional 👌 and answers all the questions and explained everything specifically Mr Aman at LHR I have used the service also previously in USA LAX very excellent 👌 👍
