  Hired a van. Arrived and asked for £200. Then as he had hold of the card, he said if it comes back with even a scratch, I'm taking £2250 from this card. What a lovely person. Talk about pressure selling. You feel forced into paying for a reduction of the excess fees. Even though I drive safely, it's the other idiots on the road that could lose you that amount. I paid through gritted teeth £275. JUST BEWARE OF PRESSURE SELLING. THEY DONT GIVE A TOSS. HARDNOSED COLD PEOPLE. my advice is to shop around and use others.

  I had a really great experience with this Enterprise branch. From the first day, the team were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Everyone I spoke to was professional, but at the same time very approachable and willing to help. What stood out to me most was how well the branch was run. The communication was excellent throughout, and any questions or requests I had were dealt with quickly and without any fuss. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s not often these days that you come across customer service that feels genuinely personal, but that was definitely my experience here. The team made the whole rental process straightforward and stress-free, and I always felt looked after as a customer. A big thank you to everyone at the Salford branch on Bury New Road for their professionalism, kindness and excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this branch again and would happily recommend it to others.

  Callum at the Salford location called a few days before to go through the pre rental questions. During this call I mentioned how many people and Callum suggested that he might be able to arrange an upgrade. He was able to arrange an upgrade from a 7 seater SUV to a 9 seater Ford Tourneo for only £20 per day extra. This upgrade was huge as it meant that we were able to pack without worrying about the space in the vehicle. I was also able to sleep overnight in the car after the wet weather meant that the tent I was supposed to sleep in couldn't be put up. Overall the service was great and I will be calling the store again to discuss options available for the next planned event in July. The pick up on the day with Luke (I believe) was great and he walked me through all the various features. I have been using the Salford enterprise to rent since I started attending these events last year and have had only great experiences with the staff and service overall.

  I recently rented a car and had a great experience. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The rental process was smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Luk, who was a very friendly and helpful guy. He provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went perfectly. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this car rental service and would happily use it again in the future.

  I've hired two cars from them recently. Both vehicles were clean and well-presented, and the staff were pleasant to deal with. However, I really dislike the business model. The focus seems to be on selling additional charges and waivers for various parts of the car. Sometimes they'll add one waiver, other times they'll push extra cover specifically for tyres and windscreens. They also don't readily show customers the damage assessment card that explains what is and isn't considered chargeable damage. On top of that, they often suggest that the cheaper excess protection policies purchased online may not be valid or effective. The whole process appears to rely on the fact that most people want to protect themselves when hiring a car. Customers naturally assume the rental staff are industry experts and tend to trust their advice, even when that advice may be influenced by sales targets rather than genuine necessity.
