  Fantastic service from the team on site on Bury New Road. They would receive 5 stars Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the Customer Service / Fines teams in dealing with a very simple matter. They would receive 1 star

  I had a fantastic experience hiring a car from Enterprise for a wedding yesterday. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress free. A special thank you to Emma Greenhalgh who was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, professional, helpful and made the whole experience so easy. The car was great, the service was excellent, and Emma was a real credit to Enterprise. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and wouldn’t hesitate to hire from them again. Thank you, Emma, for making my experience such a positive one! ☺️

  An all-round very positive experience renting a car for the day with Enterprise. One issue however which I was keen to bring to the attention of the staff on the day: I was asked at the desk before collecting the vehicle to make a card payment for a £200 refundable deposit. While this was a reasonable request, I was not prepared for it. In the confirmation e-mail after booking the rental online, it specified what to bring along on the day. This included a credit card, but without specifying the reason for that (I surmised Enterprise might want to check on the day that the card matches the one I had already used to pay for the rental online). Only when examining the full rental details is mention made of the deposit (so obviously nothing to grumble about whatsoever from a legal perspective) but I would expect the explicit request for a deposit payment to appear more prominently in the confirmation e-mail.

  Amazing Experience! The car was brilliant, Mazda 3, in Black and New. And the Staff was very friendly, Emma was great. She found a solution for me which was very good. I absolutly recomand this enterprise office and would book again.

  This is my fourth time renting a car from this Enterprise branch, and the experience has always been smooth and hassle-free. Maya has always been incredibly helpful and accommodating, making everything easy from start to finish. They've often sorted us out with great cars and even a few nice upgrades, which is always appreciated. The cars have always been in excellent condition, and the customer service has been consistently excellent. Highly recommended!
