  I’d like to extend a huge thank you to Bilal, Chloe, Emma, and the rest of the team at the Salford branch for taking such brilliant care of us. The customer service throughout was outstanding, and every member of staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When our initial hire car developed a manufacturer fault, the team handled it seamlessly—providing a remarkably quick turnaround to get us back on the road with zero stress. Exceptional service from start to finish. I would definitely use this branch again and highly recommend them!

  Absolutely amazing service from all the staff! The young woman who helped me with my car hire was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. She took the time to explain all the terms and conditions clearly, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish — highly recommended!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I booked a car at very short notice for a wedding, and nothing was too much trouble for these guys. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. The service was excellent, the car was perfect, and everything went smoothly despite the last-minute booking. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and friendly service. 5 stars all round!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience hiring a car from Enterprise Salford, New bury. Sam, Oliver, Calum and Ema were all incredibly welcoming, professional and helpful, and their hospitality genuinely made the experience memorable. This was a last minute booking from my side, and unfortunately, the car category I had originally booked was unavailable. Despite this, the team went above and beyond to find a solution and offered me a fantastic deal with a complimentary upgrade to the Premium category. I was absolutely delighted to be given an Audi A6 2026 model what an incredible car and an amazing surprise! The experience was made even more special because I had just passed my UK driving test, and being able to celebrate it by driving such a beautiful car made the occasion even more memorable. The team’s attitude, flexibility and willingness to help really stood out. A huge thank you to Sam, Oliver, Calum and Ema for making my first experience with Enterprise Salford, New bury such a positive one. I will definitely be sticking with this branch from now on and will happily rent from them again in the future. Fantastic service, fantastic team and an unforgettable first experience.   Hired a car from these guys in Janaury 2026- car rental was headache from the start After 5 months you guys decided to contact me to pay a toll fine which I paid already and had proof then onto of it all they add admin fee charge. First of all I would have contested the fine as I have receipt proof but you guys decided to contact me after 5 months of hire and accept the fine. The Warburton website had issues on the 07-01-2026. I had to pay on the 09-01-2026 instead. How is this my problem. You didnt even contest this. Who gave you permission to pay the fine on my behalf and why did you not contact me straight away when fine was given instead of 5 months later Very unprofessional and never would hire a car from these guys again. If any customer gets a fine through this company. No matter what. You will have to pay even if it is not your fault.
