  Enterprise van rentals of Styal Road , Heald Green were extremely helpful and competitive and the van we had was brand new! A joy to drive 👍

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) 27/07/2026 My negative review is specifically about Enterprise Car & Van Hire – Cheadle Heald Green. I arrived at the branch and, while I was there, I spoke to one of your telephone booking agents and made a reservation for a van for 10:00. Shortly afterwards, I received the official booking confirmation. When I went to the reception desk, I was told that there were no vans available. Later, I called the same booking number again, spoke to a different booking agent, and they made another reservation for me for 11:00. I waited until 11:00, but shortly before then I received a call from the branch telling me not to come because there was still no van available. My question is simple: if there are no vehicles available, why does your system allow customers to make bookings and send confirmation emails? And why are your booking agents making confirmed reservations for vehicles that don’t actually exist? I would also like to mention the member of staff at the reception desk. His attitude was rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. Instead of apologising or trying to find a solution, he showed no interest in helping at all. As a result, I wasted almost three hours of my time and was left without the van that I urgently needed. My plans were completely disrupted because of your poor booking system and customer service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Enterprise Car & Van Hire – Cheadle Heald Green.

  Even one star is too much! Harassment from the staff to my wife the car we had was hired through Audi due to it going in to be repaired so was provided a car by these harassers had it a day and was called to say that there was a lady who had an accident in her car and needed my wife’s last I thought was it was hired to her so why do you need this one! You’re a car hire company so surely you have loads of cars! Audi extended for a further 24 hours but again another call they needed it back seriously when my wife has appointments within a stressful job and you get these jokers harassing her. If you get a car though a dealership and through this company don’t bother speak to Audi mobility get them to source you a car so much easier and less Hassle

  They gave me courtesy car through insurance. Car was good, new model. First the lady said me on call its small car and there is no room for child car seat. Only thinking of this I had to drop my children 10 miles away and then come back to pick up my car which had more than enough space to keep car seat in there as it was five door. Then when I was about to return she called me a day before that there is safety issue with the car and they have to swap it with another one. I told her that I will be returning it anyways tomorrow as my car has been repaired and then she said oh its alright then. I wonder where was safety issue then. Anyways the car they provided me was very good.
