My insurance company Hastings direct have a trading relationship with Enterprise who sorted everything out including the hire car, this is what I would like to warn customers about. After returning the hire car to the accident repairer on their say so they said the car was scratched scratched when they picked it up and this cost me my excess which was 450 pounds taken from my account without notifying me. I would therefore suggest anyone hiring a vehicle off Enterprise to return it to their premises and not leave it at a third party and photograph and video the vehicle on returning it, unfortunately I was naive having never had to have a hirer car before and it has cost me dearly, I would not trust them

To date I have used over ten different cars (that I can remember) and all have been great. The staff are courteous and clear, and very helpful with explaining anything such as how to use an automatic Vs manual. I love that I can leave my own car safe in their car park, if I need to, and that there is a Morrisons fuel station opposite.
