Absolutely 100% satisfied with my Enterprise van hire experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient and exceptionally well organised. The van was excellent, the entire process was straightforward, and the customer service was first class. A very special mention to Simona, who was an absolute delight! Friendly, cheerful, professional and genuinely welcoming, she made the whole experience effortless. Her attention to detail and natural ability to make customers feel valued were exceptional. And Simona, a special thank you for the proper Yorkshire tea and delicious butterscotch cookie! It’s those thoughtful little touches that turn an ordinary transaction into a genuinely memorable experience. Enterprise should be extremely proud to have Simona representing them. An absolutely faultless experience from beginning to end. 100% satisfaction, 10/10 service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Enterprise again. Highly recommended!

When my Range Rover broke down at Shrewsbury en route from Chester to Bath for a weekend away, I needed an urgent replacement. The team at Shrewsbury Enterprise could not have been more helpful. They quickly picked me up from the local Land Rover garage (where I abandoned my car) and sorted a replacement. After the weekend, they collected the car from my home near Chester. The team were all polite and friendly and did an excellent job. Well done and thank you.

I made the booking in advance online. When I turned up as arranged (having taken time out from work) there was no car available. I had to go back later the same day to pick up a car. The car was said to be 'similar' to the car I had booked but the boot capacity was much less, which was a problem as I needed an extra large boot which was the reason for my hiring a vehicle. The car was not cleaned very well and it had a cobweb on the nearside of the dash.

I hired a car from enterprise this week. The whole process was absolutely seamless, with the online check-in working perfectly fine. Everyone I dealt with at the centre, was so nice and helpful. They made the whole experience really enjoyable. And I never thought I’d say that about a hire car company! I would hundred percent recommend enterprise over other hire companies, like Avis. Which I am currently have a complete nightmare with. So enterprise 100%! Thanks guys… I’ll be back!
