  I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Enterprise Oswestry. Having been involved in a collision that wasn’t my fault, I was expecting the whole process of having a replacement vehicle to be stressful and inconvenient. My experience with Enterprise Oswestry couldn’t have been further from that. From my very first interaction with the team, I was genuinely impressed by how friendly, helpful, professional and caring everyone was. Every person I dealt with was incredibly approachable and patient, took the time to explain things clearly and went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible for me. The whole experience was handled so efficiently and seamlessly. Communication was excellent, everything happened when I was told it would, and I never felt that I had to chase anything up or worry about what was happening next. Enterprises did a lot of that on my behalf, which was amazing. The collection and return of the vehicle were both incredibly straightforward, and the team were consistently helpful throughout. What really stood out to me was the genuine level of care. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and I was given helpful advice and guidance throughout the process, including things I wouldn’t necessarily have known to ask about myself. I felt completely looked after from start to finish. Enterprise Oswestry turned what could have been another frustrating part of an already unpleasant experience into something remarkably easy and reassuring. The standard of customer service was exceptional, and I was genuinely surprised by how positive the experience was. I don’t normally leave reviews, but the service I received was so consistently outstanding that I felt the team deserved to be recognised. Every member of staff I dealt with was a credit to Enterprise, and I am incredibly grateful for how well I was treated. Thank you to everyone at Enterprise Oswestry. You were absolutely brilliant.

  Superb and friendly customer service - everyone on the team I came across had an amazing smile and were so helpful. An immaculately clean vehicle and swift and simple collection and drop off - all easy.

  Morgane is a disgrace. She told me max£60 for a valet. £315 taken from account. Bank have been informed as it is fraud ( no invoice sent)Other enterprise car rentals in the country are disgusted. I bet I'm not the only one .Avoid at all costs
