Excellent service, I ordered a full set of tyres online and had them fitted the same day. Lovely relaxing waiting room with refreshements whilst the guys got to work on changing my tyres. I took advantage of thr 4 monthly payment plan which is a fantastic offer to spread the cost.
All round great customer service from the team at Stones Tyres. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I had a fantastic experience getting my tyre changed at Stone Tyres St Helens. The service was completed in no time, and the staff were efficient and courteous throughout. I also requested some water and was promptly provided with cool water, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, excellent and friendly service

Extremely friendly and helpful. Needed a replacement tyre fairly quickly and was able to get booked the very next morning - just in time to get to work afterwards. No waiting around. Bunch of excellent guys and girls. And the bonus, I get free tyre puncture repair for life. Can't grumble at that!

Excellent customer service and friendly, helpful staff.
We went late afternoon for two tyres that weren’t a stock item. Manager/owner sourced them and jumped in the van himself to bring them back to Stone tyres to be fitted. Couldn’t believe it. We were dealt with and turned around in under an hour. To cap it off we were told it’s free puncture repairs on both tyres for the lifetime of the tyre. Very competitive prices, great service, friendly staff and pleasant waiting room with Coffee machine. Kicking ourselves we haven’t been here before.

Absolutely amazing service.
John and the team are second to none. I have only had my car a couple of days, but i managed get a flat in that time.
I came in for a routine change. I had also been hearing a scraping on my driver's side wheel which I thought may be the dust shield behind the disc catching so being cheeky I asked if they wouldn't mind popping the wheel off so I could bend it back, to which they kindly and happily obliged. To our surprise they found that my wheel was being held on with only 2 wheel nuts, 1 of which was loose and they instantly went about fixing the problem for me along with making sure all the nuts on my other wheels were on and tight. John and his team saved me from what could have escalated into a very bad accident, so thank you all for your service and for going the extra mile to make sure people are safe on the road.
Highly recommended from me, it's not just the service either, everyone is extremely friendly and very customer focused.
It's a very pleasant, fast and affordable experience.
