I visited today in a bit of a panic as my tyre pressure monitoring system started alarming while I was out on community nursing home visits. I quickly pulled into Stone Tyres and asked if they could help me so I could get to my next visit ASAP.
Despite it being lunchtime, they immediately stopped to help me, put some air in my tyres and checked them over so I could safely get back out on the road. They didn’t charge me a penny, and I was back on my way without any delay.
Absolutely amazing experience today. The kindness and willingness to help really meant a lot, especially when I was stressed and trying to get to my next patient.
**NB:** Google has made me delete the previous 5-star review I left two years ago when you replaced my tyres, but I wanted to leave an updated one today to reflect the kindness you showed me this time too.

Had a slow puncture on my mini popped into stone tyres to have it checked and it was found to be a unrepairable puncture I was showed the issue and a new tyre was replaced immediately. Absolutely fantastic service could not ask for any more and so quick and friendly, I drove away with no more concerns of a tyre losing pressure. I have now booked my MOT and service in a few weeks as they now have the new service centre which I am delighted to be able to use as these guys are the best . Thank you stone’s tyres

I unfortunately had a nail in my Bridgestone run flat tyre. Generally I use Blackcircles, however I was going away Sunday and this happened Friday and they could not get me a tyre.
Having tried all the “national” tyre companies who again could not get me a tyre until Tuesday I rang Stones tyres and spoke with Neil. Firstly it’s nice to actually talk to someone rather than an internet form. Neil told me he could get the tyre in the morning after 9am, life saver! However 10 minutes later he rang me back and said it would be there today after 4pm.
I got there 10 minutes early and it was busy, however 30 minutes later I was done.
Compared to these internet based companies the price difference was not as much as you would think, however Stones Tyres in my opinion were excellent. To be able to get a tyre that quick is excellent and overall the customer service is excellent. The tyre fitters are great and I would certainly recommend them.

Another successful visit to Stone Tyres 👏
My dad’s car had a puncture late Friday evening, so first thing Saturday morning we swapped it for the spare and headed straight down for 08:30 when they opened. Knowing how popular they are, I wanted to be first there!
By 09:15 I was already on my way home with the puncture repaired—quick, efficient, and completely hassle-free.
As a bonus (and a big win for me ☕), I even enjoyed two free flat whites from their coffee machine while I waited!
Top company—always a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend 👍

I wanted a tyre check on my car following an MOT. I contacted these guys and they fit me in straight away, no appointment necessary which I found nice and flexible as it fit around my day.
The guys there put my car on the 'laser scaninng' rig which showed the wear on all of my tyres. One of the guys talked me through the legalities of the results and provided a further tyre health report which was explained in layman's terms.
The result; 2 tyres needed.
I could have been fobbed off with the most expensive options but they took my usage in to consideration and advised on a more suited tyre, saving me £100.
I was impressed with the service and pre and post care these guys offered. I would definitely use these again and will be recommending them to family and friends. A1 experience. Well done Stone tyres!
