  I cannot praise this Enterprise branch enough for their flexibility, adaptability and above all their willingness to go far beyond the extra mile to help customers with difficult situations. I recently acted as a driver for friends taking their very young but numerous family away on a holiday as a brief respite from very hardworking lives and extensive time spent at Sheffield Children's Hospital due to chronic illness in their youngest. Their lives are very difficult as is and when a third party booking led to an issue, Kate, one of (perhaps the?) branch manager, stepped in IMMEDIATELY and reached out to other branches for help, ultimately not only finding a solution but sending this very deserving young family off on their hols in a wholly unexpected luxury Mercedes at no extra cost from a nearby branch which they even drove me over to to collect! Her kindness and adaptability was incredible but believe it or not, there's more.... A week later, a booking mistake on the part of the father of the family meant that the car was needed a day earlier than planned. Seven seaters are thin on the ground and none were available. Yet again, Kian stepped into the breach and reworked the magic around on the system somehow pulling yet another luxury Mercedes out of the ether for them. I have never encountered such amazing service and willingness to bend or break rules if necessary to make a bad situation right but I sincerely hope that Enterprise realise what an amazing team they have at Regent House! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I must stress as well, this was two VERY busy weekends, they did all this with queues of people out the door waiting for cars and still processed them all in a timely fashion. I wish I could give more stars, I will certainly never use another hire company as long as I have access to Regent House. Thank you guys so much from me and the whole family who had a lovely time in Bridlington thanks to you!

  We hire a van on a regular basis for our catering business. The van this time was dirty and clearly not been cleaned inside the cab and the back for months the rubber flooring in the driver's side had holes in it and the rubber insulation was crumbling and all over the foot well. Very disappointed.

  Really good staff and perfect location for pick up and drop off. One stop shop for all van and larger passenger vehicles, we rented a van 9 seater for a week long trip to Northumberland and we got a brand new Renault traffic van 2026 registration, all clean efficient and great fuel mileage especially considering the cost of diesel. Kudos to the manager and his staff who support him at this branch.

  I recently hired from enterprise queens rd ,sheffield. Ash was very helpful ,professional and he addressed all my concerns. Thanks to Ash i will definitely be returning to hire again.... I have hired cars from many other places in Sheffield but this experience was above and beyond....thank you Ash

  I just used Enterprise Sheffield City for the first time. The check out process was fast efficient, Cameron was personable and professional, Luke took me out to handover the car again done with the customer in mind (that is unusual when renting a car in Sheffield) Dropping the car off, Sam came over as I drove in to the car park and I was on my way in just a few short minutes - Thanks team, I will defiantly rent with you next time I am home.
