  A very good experience with Enterprise in Sheffield City Centre. The whole process was straightforward, quick and well explained, without feeling rushed or taking any longer than necessary. Finn was particularly helpful. He was friendly, attentive and genuinely customer-focused. He made everything very easy for us, which was much appreciated as we were visiting from the US. The Nissan Qashqai was also ideal for our five-day holiday, with plenty of room for luggage and comfortable on both country roads, motorways, and through smaller countryside villages. Good value for money and, more importantly, excellent customer service. I would happily use this branch again, particularly knowing employees like Finn are there. He made what can sometimes be a mundane part of travelling completely hassle-free.

  I want to make it clear that this review is not a reflection of the employees at this particular location, but rather my disappointment with the overall decline in Enterprise's quality of service. Both representatives we worked with were professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful, and I appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the condition of the rental vehicles. We were provided with two different vehicles, both of which had mechanical issues. Rental vehicles should be properly maintained, thoroughly cleaned inside and out, and inspected before being handed over to customers. Enterprise needs to place greater emphasis on vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and quality control. Customers should be able to rent a vehicle with confidence, without having to worry about its mechanical condition. Again, my appreciation goes to the local staff, who did their best under the circumstances. My disappointment is with Enterprise's overall standards, not the people working at this location.

  Really can’t fault this Enterprise at all. I always get nervous hiring cars/vans because so many hire places just scam you for extra charges. We hired a van for the day. The process was really straight forward. All staff were friendly. The van was brand new and spotless. Really cheap too! No trying to find damage or fault they could charge me for after. To top it off, I was going to be late picking my son up from school after the rental so Ash gave us a lift to my son’s school. He was so lovely and an absolute credit to Enterprise. Will definitely be back next week as we need to hire again.

  Van was ok. Service on drop off not so good. Because I collected and dropped off in different cities, the drop off people were not happy with the existing damage to the van. Got an email explaining they were investigating and did I have any photos. I would suggested you take photos of any vehicles you rent when you pick them up, just to cover your own back.
