  I hired an SUV from Enterprise Handsworth for two days. Initially, there was a bit of a struggle as the vehicle I had booked wasn’t available, but the way the situation was handled completely turned the experience around. A massive thank you to Jack and Laura, who genuinely went above and beyond to help me. They took ownership of the situation, kept me informed and went out of their way to source an even better vehicle than I had originally booked. What impressed me most was that rather than making excuses about the original vehicle not being available, they focused on finding a solution and making sure I was happy. The replacement vehicle exceeded my expectations, and I felt really well looked after throughout the whole rental. Both Jack and Laura were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Customer service like this makes a huge difference, especially when something doesn’t initially go to plan. They are both a credit to the Enterprise Handsworth branch. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire from here again and would definitely recommend them based on the service I received. Thank you again, Jack and Laura — 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I’ve sworn off using Enterprise ever again in the future having gone through some of the worst ever experiences with them with the Car Club. However, second time renting a van from Handsworth site out of necessity and can’t blame them for anything - a really good service both times, no trying to find random scratches to squeeze money out of you like other sites do. There is a man working there who has been phenomenal both times - he might be one of the managers, not sure - and I can’t thank him enough for delivering a good service, often by himself during busy times.

  Requested a Mercedes E class or similar but this was not available, possibly due to booking late the night before. Offered a Mercedes GLB which was electric and not the most comfortable to drive however 5 stars to the staff for sorting us out regarding the electric mileage range to work in our favour.
