Arranged a collection of my vehicle so I stayed in all day. They never showed up or called. I had to call and was told it would.be Saturday instead. Phoned Saturday morning to ask what time and they said before 1pm and to call if no one showed up. Called at 1pm and all phonelones are closed at 1pm so no chance of speaking to someone. I waited in another fully day for no reason. I felt I was lied to and tricked into phoning after 1pm as the staff knew they wouldn't have to deal with it. I phoned customer complaints on the Saturday who confirmed the lads at the branch had manually changed to the collection date to the Monday on the Saturday morning and not informed the customer. This confirmed suspicion of semi professional fobbing off. They will have known I couldn't get through to them after 1pm and didn't want to immediately address the issue that they wouldn't be getting to me again that day. Complaints said they would address phone me back the same day. 7 days later no one has bothered to call. I phoned again on the Monday morning to be told collection by 12pm. They eventually turned up 3 hours late with no apology. Really bad service. Wouldn't use again and would encourage others not to.

Great Staff and Good Car given. We took a XC90 to South Wales and loved it. Car was mint and Enterprise lads were very friendly and professional. I may have needed an extra day and they said no problem. I would definitely hire again from them and recommend it to family and friends.
