    I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tyres, the guys here are all so helpful. They’ll always give advice and show you any faults with your tyres so that you can see for yourself. Prices are unbeatable as well, always very reasonable!

    Absolutely apalling service and attitude. I've taken my car here once before and wasn't left with total confidence to return, though I'd decided to give them another try since substantial time had passed and on the merit of their reviews. I should have trusted my instinct! I was met with a "can't be bothered" attitude by the chap covered in tattoos when requesting an second opinion on a puncture repair that had been completed elsewhere but without removing the tyre. I advised that I didn't want to have my locking wheel nut removed with the impact gun which can crack/damage them. He walked off in a strop to get a wrench to remove this. After removing my wheel he then proceeded to waste time looking at his phone for about 30 minutes at the balancing machine. The job could have been done in under 15 minutes. This was when I looked underneath my car and could see that my seal had been damaged by failing to jack from the specified jacking point. I asked if he was aware he'd damaged my seal to which he mumbled something so quietly my friend wasn't even sure anything had been said. He then lowered the jack and looked at the damage very briefly lacking any care. I was then asked to pay £25 which I declined and stated he'd damaged my car, he told me that he's been doing this for 10 years and therefore doesn't think it's possible he's damaged my car and £20 was the absolute best he could do! Unfortunately, I paid this. The manager then thoroughly inspected my car, holding the jacking seat up to my bodywork agreeing that my car was indeed damaged by failing to using the jacking point. Manager apologised, and provided me with a refund and had the unit next door come over to repair the damage before resealing with undercoat. I can't fault this manager, he was polite, professional and listened to what I had to say and had the damage rectified to a satisfactory standard. I have since heard people who have also been unhappy with the service provided by the tattood employee. I do not believe this employee is representing your business and is doing sufficient damage to it.

    On my 3rd set of Tyres with this lot. This is one of those places where if you go there once, you’d always go there without shopping around anymore. Great and quick service, much much cheaper than anywhere else. Cannot recommend enough!!

    Called in last week to have my tyre pressure sensors checked. Guy checked all 4 tyres without charge using his handheld meter. Previously stun for £90 by another garage. Called back again to Double D today and the guy fitted a new sensor for me at a very low cost. Would have ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION I'm recommending Double D tyres. They are totally genuine and won't rip you off. Really helpful.
