  I had a very positive experience with Enterprise Chipping Sodbury, especially considering the circumstances. My original booking was confirmed for a VW Caddy 7-seater, but about 3 hours before the collection time, I received a message saying that the previous customer had extended their rental and that I would need to wait until the end of the day. When I arrived at the branch, I then found out that the vehicle type had been changed from a 7-seater minivan to a 7-seater entry-level SUV. Unfortunately, I needed the extra boot space of the Caddy because I was travelling with my family and had a lot of luggage. However, the team at Chipping Sodbury was very helpful and flexible. They understood my situation and offered me another 7-seater vehicle at a special price, which was a much more suitable option for my needs. I really appreciate their flexibility and willingness to find a solution rather than simply saying there was nothing they could do. This was particularly appreciated because I had a very bad experience with another Enterprise branch recently, so the service I received at Chipping Sodbury was a refreshing contrast. A special thank you to Maddy and the Chipping Sodbury team for their helpful attitude, flexibility and excellent customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

  Had to have a hire car due to my own being hit. The whole process was flawless, car matched what I had pretty much, staff friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hire from anywhere else 10/10

  Hi,rented a large van which ended up being unavailable so they gave me a medium van which was a pain. And in return for not having the large van they have extended my rental by 10hours at no extra cost. Tried charging me for large van £98 even though I had gotten the medium van which was £81 Got that sorted. In then end got charged for 2 days rental called them they said its sorted got the money couple days later which is less than what it was ment to be and in the end paid £ 91 for a medium van. Last rental was way smoother. Have a good day/night.
