Professional, efficient and helpful service, really impressed by the whole tyre ( normally a pain) change and advice, I would highly recommend this place as it is definitely way ahead of other tyre businesses.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received here. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was poor. Nobody greeted me or even said hello; they simply took my keys without explaining anything.
When my MOT failed, I received an automated invoice with very little explanation of what was wrong with my car. I would have appreciated a phone call to talk me through the issues, explain what work was needed and give me some advice. When I went to collect my car, nobody took the time to explain the results or discuss my options. The whole experience felt cold, unwelcoming and unprofessional.
I was quoted around £1,000 for the work, so I decided to take my car to another garage for a second opinion. They carried out another MOT and told me that some of the items previously marked as failures did not actually fail. I then had the work my car genuinely needed completed for less than half the original quote. The second garage also told me that, in their opinion, I had been significantly overcharged.
As a woman, I found the whole experience particularly uncomfortable. The garage felt very male-dominated, and I was left feeling that I wasn’t being given the explanations or advice I deserved as a customer. I cannot say what their intentions were, but the lack of communication, the original quote and the discrepancies raised by the second garage have left me with very little confidence in their service.
I originally chose this garage for convenience, but I certainly wouldn’t return. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any significant repair work here.

Excellent service, professional workmanship and genuinely helpful people.
We have been using BM Motoring Centre for around 10 years, and in all that time we have never been disappointed.
Today, 25 September 2026, I picked up a puncture after a nail went into one of my tyres. I had not booked an appointment, but they still helped me straight away. Within around 45 minutes, the puncture was repaired properly and professionally. They also checked the other tyres and, in doing so, found another screw embedded in the opposite tyre which I had no idea was there.
The service was quick, professional and extremely courteous, and the price was very reasonable too.
For me, this was another clear 5-star experience. It is genuinely reassuring to know that when something unexpected happens, you can rely on a local garage that is professional, honest, efficient and genuinely cares about its customers.
A big thank you to the management and the whole team for the quick and courteous service, the professional repair and for helping me without hesitation despite not having an appointment.
I would highly recommend BM Motoring Centre to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and trustworthy garage. A great team and a garage you can feel confident relying on when you need help.

They go out of their way to to helpful and explain any repairs and why this is required
Very HONEST about the need or not need for repair that is the most impressive service
Used to hem for years for repairs and MOT. Would highly recommended
