  We created the rental for camping after an unforeseen broken car. Enterprise gave amazing discount for Blue Light card holders, which made the cost so good we just couldnt say no. I was contacted by phone and went through everything to make the hand over speedy and explain all excess and insurance. I arrived at 1pm and the staff were super friendly and got me on my way,after a brief and friendly "how-to". We used the van, which was superb to get there and then get home. I took the van back earlier than we booked withiutbissue and after a quick check withbme and the van, fuel levels etc, I had the return of the deposit explained again (well, a holding on the credit card in my case) and off I went. Easy, great value. Good vans and amazing friendly staff.

  Very disappointing service from Enterprise Southport after conflicting information prior to arrival. Add in the woman on the desk who was the very definition of 'computer says no' . A joyless experience.

  Helpful and friendly team. Nice large car park makes it easy to collect and park a big van. Quick check in and pickup and drop off. The van was ideal for my needs and as advertised. Website also easy to use.
