    Personally i would have preferred a smaller car. Was offered one when i was rung to see if all was ok and agreed to leave it a few days. In the end i kept it although didnt use it much and was able to secure a replacement vehicle when my damaged car was written off

    I have had a rental with Enterprise for about 5 months whilst my car was in the garage. They have been absolutely amazing. The car they chose for me was exactly the right spec for the car I originally had before my crash. If I could put 10 stars I would. The staff were all super helpful and answer any and all questions I had. The call takers are all very lovely too. Furthermore, they dropped me off home after returning the vehicle. All the staff seem to enjoy what they do and take pride in their roles. 10/10.
