  10 out of 10. Tom is a superb manager. Great customer experience. Stress free. Fell in love with the gorgeous hybrid car I rented which was immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

  My experience with Enterprise Southport was unfortunately very disappointing. Initially, I was given a vehicle displaying multiple dashboard errors. When I raised these concerns, I was told that “sometimes the manufacturers give us these vehicles with the features switched off,” which I found to be an unsatisfactory explanation. Trying to resolve the issue with the branch was equally frustrating. Calls were answered and then I was left on hold, and on several occasions I was promised a call back that never happened. Eventually, I was provided with a replacement vehicle, although this one had clearly seen better days. I’m mindful that, ultimately, the matter was somewhat resolved, and I appreciate that a replacement was eventually provided. However, the amount of time, frustration and unnecessary stress involved has left a very poor impression. As a result, I have deliberately not recommended Enterprise Southport to others considering using their services.

  Fantastic service all-round from the team at Southport, I hired a extra large commercial van for house move that was delayed by a day and they managed to arrange for us to keep the van an additional day, thank you so much! I have used a couple of times now and will definitely use them again for all vehicle hire. From end-to-end the service was spot on!
