  The car collection was pretty straightforward and easy. Jonathan was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no unnecessary delays or complications. Overall, a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

  Customer service was excellent. Staff very polite, pleasant and efficient. Quick and easy pickup from home and drop off included a lift to my destination. Car was clean and a nice drive.

  AVOID They put a claim against my insurance for damage that already existed on the hire car (thankfully I had taken photos on the day of pickup). This has caused me weeks of hassle, hours of phone calls, emails being ignored by the branch manager, my insurance premiums increased. In fact, as of writing this review I’m on hold with my insurance for the 1000th time discussing this. No offer of compensation from enterprise at all. So if you don’t mind going through all that, I would recommend these guys. Just record and take photos of every inch of the car before they try it on; then prepare for a fight. Never had any of these issues with enterprise Aintree, go there instead.

  I rang before I arrived as I wasn’t sure if the process of getting a hire car whilst my car was being fixed through the insurance. The lady I spoke to was a little rude on the phone- I was told by the garage fixing my car that the hire car would be dropped off at the garage so when I enquired about that, I was very rudely told that Enterprise don’t deliver. However, apart from that phone call, everything else was brilliant. When I arrived, I was seen promptly and given the car. The man showed me how to use the car and talked me through all the paperwork. I paid the optional £70 for my excess not to be a stupid amount payable to Enterprise if anything happened! The car was brilliant, drove well and I was given it on a full tank which was helpful as I had the baby with me. The car was modern and stylish, and a similar size to mine that was being fixed. When handing the car back, I was seen to by a lovely lady who was very kind. She checked the car- all was okay so was good to go. I got my £1 refund. The only problem I found was that I wasn’t told I would need my physical debit card with me to pay the £1 holding fee so I did have to go home and get it then come all the way back for the car to be released. I wish the rude lady would have told me that on the phone before I arrived.
