Their online website is very intuitive and you are able to choose from a large variety of tires. They were able to see me the next day, and had the vehicle repaired in only a couple hours.

Got an appointment the next day after my tire blew out. Changed 2 front tires and very satisfied. Would use them again. Very pleased with service.

Managed to fit me in quite last minute which is a positive, however; - They did work on my car that I did not ask for and they did not contact me to ask if I wanted it done, and charged me for it!! - I had to chase them to find out if my car was ready to collect, no contact was made by the garage to inform me of anything despite them having my car from 8am (this is when they open for business). - They did the work I had asked for but also failed to fix another issue that I had mentioned, and had not contacted me to inform me of this or any potential parts they might need to fix the problem. They then went on to misdiagnose the problem as something else that would have then cost me more money to fix only to be told it’s actually something else (I know this because I have since had another independent garage diagnose the problem and fix it, and it had nothing to do with what mildenhall tyre and auto had claimed the issue was) - They also informed me of another issue with my rear brakes which they claimed would cost me around £450, this was not true as the parts actually cost much less and the labour at another garage included in the price was still massively cheaper at only £280!! All in all I appreciate they fitted me in on short notice but they did a rather poor job, did work that was not requested/advised upon, failed to fix an issue I had mentioned despite having the car for an entire day, made zero contact with me to communicate anything, and then went on to misdiagnose the issue they had failed to fix knowing it would lead to more money being spent. If you choose this garage, be careful!!
