  Given incorrect email address for regional manager. Owed £70 from February. Requests keep getting sent off by management for payment, but not getting paid! 4 months and still waiting

  Very Disappointing Experience with Enterprise Ipswich – Avoid at All Costs I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Enterprise Ipswich. We booked a vehicle for 4 days and paid around £200 upfront. Due to a change in circumstances, we only needed the car for 2 days and actually used it for no more than 30 minutes. When we contacted Enterprise, we were told that regardless of whether we used the car for 30 minutes, 2 days, all 4 days, or not at all, we would still be charged the full amount because the booking was prepaid online. What makes this even more frustrating is that Enterprise later issued a final rental agreement showing that the actual rental cost for the 2 days was only £80.80, yet they still refused to refund the remaining £120+ for the unused days. We were never made aware of this so-called "no refund" policy when booking, and if it was buried somewhere in the small print, it certainly wasn't made clear. To make matters worse, we were told we would receive a Nissan Qashqai, but when we arrived, we were given a Mazda instead. While not the biggest issue, it added to an already poor experience and showed a lack of attention to customer expectations. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of empathy and customer service. There was no willingness to listen, no attempt to find a fair solution, and no consideration for a loyal customer who simply wanted a refund for days that were not used. This felt like a greedy, profit-first approach rather than a customer-focused service. I have rented vehicles from various companies over the years and can honestly say this is one of the worst experiences I have had. Very poor customer service, inflexible policies, lack of transparency, and zero empathy. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Enterprise Ipswich. ★☆☆☆☆

  The guys at enterprise Cavendish Street Ipswich branch are the best when it comes to Customer service , I will definitely recommend all my friends to go to Enterprise

  I've used this care hire place over ghe course of 20 years. Always a good service but the last time it was excellent. Competitive price for van hire, friendly and efficient service. Thanks guys

  This is the second time I rent van with you and both time van so dirty food left over on torpido seat cover like mud windows same i tell the this issue worker he told me come back 20 minutes later get clean van I did and nothing cleaned I tell him nothing done he tell me this is it he will talk about it haha that not help my problem I pay £275 2 days not get free and I receive empty tank van they told me bring empty van run out fuel before I get petrol station i m not happy at all
