  Collected my courtesy car from my insurance company on Tues. Nice car, no fuel in it tho. Frazer was new to the job but handled it no problem. Excellent service apart from their car cleaners, whom I believe don't work for Enterprise, they need some training on how to wash & Dry a car b4 the customer takes it. Overall, would definitely use them again if needed.

  Great van hire experience with Enterprise in Ipswich. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the van was brand new.

  The rental started off pretty rocky as we ordered a Luton van with a tail lift for a house move, we turned up and were told there was a recall on all Fords.. so we couldn't have it! This was very disconcerting, but, Enterprise were very accommodating with a deal to make up for the inconvenience caused...overall the staff were courteous and polite so we cant really fault anything.

  If you want to rent a van go somewhere else. The van is was given was stained and completely dirty inside and was told by the man that they can clean inside as dont have the equipment! Then the back of the van inside was very dirty and the vehicle had no height indication signs inside which is required for a Luton van and when I dropped the vehicle back off told them and they didn't even know.... and the van had 94000! Miles And body work battered and just struggled on the road. If I wanted a van like this I could go elsewhere half the price ! I expected at least a clean van for the cost. Was told by staff a manager would call me about this a sort something out BUT no call !

  Branch manager Sophie ignores calls. 22nd June (charging refund for over 4 months). Enterprise have replied to review - followed their instructions, still NOTHING! Don’t trust them if they say “we’ve processed the refund and you’ll receive it in 2 weeks”. I hired a car from Enterprise on 12th February and as of 6th May I still haven’t received the refund I’m owed. On multiple occasions I’ve been told “the refund has been processed and you’ll see it within two weeks”, but nothing has ever appeared. Each time I call, the person I speak to just “submits the form again” instead of actually fixing the problem there and then. The lady I spoke to today was more helpful than previous employees, but she still did exactly the same thing as everyone else as that’s their process – another form submitted! I have attached a photo showing calls to Enterprise over several weeks to chase this. Not once has anyone taken responsibility by noting it in their diary, calling back after two weeks to check the refund has arrived, or escalating it to someone who can actually resolve it. Shocking service and a complete lack of ownership especially considering majority are graduates who talk the talk about business management and customer care!
