- KRK RFeb 7, 20261.0I had a shocking experience with this company, through my insurance company aviva, they don't want to answer the phone, took 4 days to get a car which was not like for like, wasn't told until I got to branch they had no automatics, had no option but to take a manual, what if I couldn't drive a manual? Returning that car was problematic as well, customer service was so unhelpful, kept passing me to Kilmarnock not ayr, they wouldn't answer the phone all day, I tried over 15 times and every option kn the menu, then finally got through to arrange collection but then to be called later again by someone else asking where I was, nothing in computer apparently. Promised numerous callback but I'm still waiting. I will be raising a complaint about this appauling service!
