  Would give them 0 if I could.. After an accident that had happened we needed a car, we told them we needed a car for a toddler a big car like what we had. They then had a car brought in that had a smashed mirror that we was suppose to have and made us drive down there regardless to be sent away. We got another car again a few days later and the car had damages on it and smelt of weed. We asked if they were aware of the damages before we had taken the car they said they have them logged on the system so without any problems we took the car. We should have took pictures but we didn’t know any better as they said they logged it. We brought the car back a week later, mentioned the damages and they also called the branch for clarification and they said they had logged it so off we went because we couldn’t leave until it was clarified that they were logged before we picked up the car. 2 months later(few days ago) they tried taking out £500 for damages that were not caused by us. We’ve been on the phone every day since because they can’t clearly seem to get anything done. We’ve told them check the CCTV, ask the member of staff who also let us have the car and we spoke to about damages and they said he doesn’t work here no more. Okay so check your damn CCTV. They also checked with the branch again and now they are saying the damages weren’t there when the car was given to us. I wish I saw the reviews before on trust pilot they have 2.0 reviews because iv got 5 other people saying the same thing and called these lot a scam. We ain’t paying the money for damages not caused by us. Take us to court, by all means. I’ll sue you for stress. Update - we have pictures of the car that was damaged when we picked it up as we did in fact take photos. We’ve sent it over. They said because they can’t check CCTV and have no evidence they are going to charge us anyway and send it to debt collectors. Absolute joke. We’re not paying, it’ll go to court anyway. Don’t bother with this company at all. They’ll charge you for damages that weren’t done by you and make you pay for them and put you through stress. Make sure you ask to see the logging of the damages of the car that you receive before you drive off with it.

  My experience was great start to finish. Friendly and efficient process. I was able to select a car that worked out perfect for my needs, The car was in great condition and presented to me in a good clean state and with half a tank of petrol. I did have to wait about 30 minutes at pick up due to the vehicle cleaning was still in process when I arrived. The guys at the store kept me updated while I waited and had a friendly conversation. I would recommend West Bromwich store completely. Thank you.

  Absolutely amazing experience with Enterprise West Bromwich. Jake/Jack the manager absolute cutie was brilliant from start to finish, really professional and made everything easy. Junaid the darling on the desk was also incredibly helpful with amazing customer service. There was also another young guy on the front desk, I didn’t quite catch his name, he had beautiful dark skin and a London accent, and he was just as friendly and helpful. The whole team genuinely made the experience stress free and welcoming. I was really happy with the courtesy car rental and the overall service I received. You can tell this branch cares about customers properly. I would highly recommend Enterprise West Bromwich to anyone looking for great customer service and a smooth experience. Thank you again to the whole team!

  Originally booked a small van but on arrival the van had a fault, was given an alternative which was excellent, economical & automatic. Would definitely recommend Enterprise & will be booking again with them.
