  Josh was amazing from my first encounter and was a great help in getting everything sorted for me. He was very easy to talk to and made the whole process really straightforward. I was then helped by Anaysa, who dropped the car off to me, who was also amazing — very friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. On the odd occasion, I also spoke to Rehana whenever I called the branch with any questions, and she was always extremely helpful and friendly. I finished my experience with Husnain, who dropped me back off and was absolutely amazing as well. We had a great conversation in the car, and he was a really friendly and professional person. Overall, I’m so pleased that I dealt with the Wednesbury branch. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better people to deal with. A huge thank you to the whole team!

  Experience with Enterprise very good staff helpful and friendly talked you through the leaflet provided also pick me up to get the car. Also took photos of the hire car. To make sure. The car was in good condition.

  Always Booked with them and never needed a credit card for 2 years. My car has a gearbox issue currently. They now only want credit card and I also need to tell them what garage my car is at. I will take my black self and use another rental company where what i look like does not matter. Having to prove my car is at the garage to rent a car. Racist bullshit

  The branch manager Ben is excellent can’t complain about the customer service he provides. However on the other hand the assistant manager Kaz(Khadijah) in this branch I wouldn’t be going to her again, she needs to be observed by managers above her I think. Last month I was given a car (Peugeot) that would’ve failed MOT which is illegal for them to give to a customer straight up as there were no windscreen wipers, it was raining and it was very dangerous for me to even drive it. Kaz should’ve checked it before giving the vehicle to me but vehicle wasn’t checked. The area manager Ali sorted that situation out and thanks to him. However today I returned the vehicle, Kaz she charged me for the rental today until tomorrow but she didn’t tell me that in the branch I basically could’ve just kept the car until tomorrow and returned tomorrow but she kept quiet about it and I wasn’t told I’d be getting charged for today until tomorrow. I am so annoyed about this.
