  This company fraud without my permission getting my from my account,when I return these car I show them every proof but after two weeks they getting 400 pounds from my account.if any problem they need to inform me but they directly got money from my account,now I fear they can any time getting money from my account and my bank staff no listen my problem, am total dipress what can I do

  I am disabled and needed a pick up to retrieve a vehicle after an accident, I was promised a vehicle on the first day after the accident but they failed to attend or give a reason. I called am the next day and they gave no apology for not picking me up and promised to pick me up soonest. They have not . Their phone ring out and I timed out after 40 minutes, they have picked up and put the phone down 6 times without speaking to me. Very poor service or customer care.

  Hired a van from Brierley Hill branch. Excellent condition throughout. Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Very competitive price. Will use again. Would recommend.

  I hired vehicle from Dudley Port(Birmingham) for Livingston (Scotland). Staff was very cooperative&respectful of both branches.Vehicle was Luxury,very comfortable,Tidy& reasonable price. I enjoyed traveling. Thank you so much enterprise for this service.
