  We needed to hire a car in a hurry. We arrived at the branch during a busy time on a Saturday. Ms Surekha Kumar was an absolute star. She ran the operation in an impressively friendly, professional and efficient manner. Quite simply, she exemplifies what great customer service is. We felt very confident in her and the company as a result. If Enterprise has people like her running their branches then they should promote just how amazing their staff are. Enterprise should consider investing in Surekha, to help train and develop other members of the Enterprise team. What she has seems to come naturally to her and her skill set is a rare commodity these days.

  Loved the customer service from the lady working there (sorry forgot the name). Both times I have hired, she had dealt with me with a lovely and professional atittude. She also did her best to get the best deal for me. Instructions and explanations were straight forward. Thank you.

  If I could give less stars I would. An official complaint is being wrote up for head office. Someone crashes into my car yet it costs me £90.42 for an extra day of hire because the repair garage didn't do there job properly first time and took the car back. My insurance told enterprise they needed to take this payment up with the garage and still charged MY CARD! And now today!! A further £35.00 has been taken out for administration fees for a parking fine that has been taken back by the station pub itself as it was a mistake and I shouldn't of had the fine! This companys a pure joke its cost me £125 00 to have my car repairs aftwr someone drove into it....DO NOT LET THESE HAVE YOUR CARD DETAILS On top of this the new volvo is dangerous!. Lane assist throws you to the side and it puts the parking break on by its self as and when it feels like it awful car. The blokes were ok didn't really help with the £90 payment told me to take it up with head office lol but this was after tom said we wouldn't be charged that day.he got of the phone and 90 was instantly taken out..... not a good experience here at all and its cost me money for something that wasn't even our fault!
