I trusted them with my BMW, only to later find out they fitted VAN tyres on my car without even informing me or asking for permission. This is dishonest and completely unprofessional. If I’m paying for tyres, I expect to be told exactly what is being fitted to my vehicle. Putting van tyres on a BMW without proper communication is unacceptable and could even raise safety concerns. I feel totally misled and ripped off. Avoid this place and double-check everything they fit to your car.
