Poor experience from West Bromwich. Management don’t know how to talk to customers.
From the very first interaction, Junid and Ameet at the West Bromwich branch have been nothing short of outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping us stood out immediately. They went above and beyond to ensure we drove away in a top-tier Mercedes E-Class, making the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.

Only downside to an otherwise pleasant experience was staff member not showing some vehicle controls despite request. Stated "when you have time to work it out". I have established many controls via youtube & my own vehicle (gone for repairs).

I had a very disappointing experience with a manager at the West Bromwich Enterprise branch. From the outset, communication was poor and expectations were unclear, which made the whole process frustrating.
The manager’s attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I was given information that later turned out to be inaccurate, and despite making arrangements in advance, I was ultimately not provided with the car I had been expecting. This caused significant inconvenience and disruption.
When I tried to raise concerns, they were not handled seriously, and there was little effort made to resolve the situation or offer a suitable alternative. The lack of accountability and customer care was very disappointing.
Overall, the experience felt disorganised and poorly managed. I would strongly recommend improvements in communication, reliability, and customer service at this branch.
