  I hired vehicle from Dudley Port(Birmingham) for Livingston (Scotland). Staff was very cooperative&respectful of both branches.Vehicle was Luxury,very comfortable,Tidy& reasonable price. I enjoyed traveling. Thank you so much enterprise for this service.

  Customer service was really good. They made the transaction very easy and painless. I was on the road after doing the paperwork and vehicle checks within 15 minutes. I will 100 % use Enterprise again.

  I booked a petrol manual van to come to London and when I arrived there at the branch they made an EXCUSE and instead they gave me an electric van. I don't have another choice to take any other van and while I was driving with my wife and young daughter it took us more than enough to charge the vehicle and the same thing happened when i came back to return it to them and they said if the van says it can go 100 miles it really goes to 60 miles. The next day I receive £92 bills griddserve to charge this van and I couldn't complete my journey because of how long it took to charge it. These electric vans are a house of depression. I would never recommend to get any electric van with them. I called the manager and explained to him that I received £92 charges for the van and I honestly don't mind spending £100 on petrol because at least it doesn't take up my time and he said we will refund you and we can understand what you have been through but they didn't pick up the phone and didn't bother to call us back. Honestly it was a terrible experience with them and the van.
