  Never had any issues, cars are always nice, staff are nice & helpful too, left my phone in a returned car they put it in lost and found for me. 10/10

  Genuinely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I received two cars, both with cracks in the windows. The first time, the associate at the branch acted as though she couldn’t see the damage until I pointed it out clearly, yet still allowed me to drive away in the car. The second time, the associate didn’t even carry out a proper inspection. I had the second car for less than a week and only drove it once or twice. When I returned it, I was suddenly told there was a crack in the windscreen. I asked for a dispute and investigation to be opened and was told I would not have to pay the excess until the investigation was completed. As soon as I left the branch, money was taken from my account without authorisation and with no notice. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to get in touch, only to find out that no investigation had even been raised. I have never dealt with such an incompetent and unprofessional company. I would not recommend using this service, communication is also incredibly poor.

  Customer service is spot on, informative, patient, professional and friendly. Vehicles are super clean and comfortable. Would use again for sure!

  The price was good but I wouldn’t use enterprise again. We used a van to move a sofa. I hired it for the day but only used it for over an hour. When I asked about the diesel and what we needed to do. I was informed we could either fill it up ourselves back to what it was before we took the van (108 miles) or we could bring it back and enterprise will charge us what we used. So I said we will bring it back and they can top it up. We done 8 miles in total and was charged over £40! £40 for 8 miles of diesel. Absolutely shocking! When I disputed this they said they added a £10 admin fee which no one told us before hand but would wavier that off as a good will gesture! So over £30 for 8 miles! What a joke. When we took the van back and the lady looked around it she then started pointing out faults in the van “a little gash in the tyre” I recorded every spec of the van before we drove off which I done in front of another lady who took the deposit for the van and I am so thankful I did because the faults the lady mentioned were visible on the recording. Enterprise charge a good rate for hire but try to charge you extra when you return the vehicle and this is obviously how they make their money. I thought £55 for a days hire who cheap and a good price and now I know why. I would look for rental companies in future.
