  Absolutely brilliant. Highly reccomend. The staff couldn't do enough for me, really polite and friendly. Picked the van i wanted, drove away within 15minutes. Highly reccomend.

  Fantastic service from all the people I dealt with. I was given a superior vehicle which was in show room condition and beautifully clean throughout. I highly recommend Enterprise.

  Staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Good value rental and the car was very clean and tidy.

  I was late for my pick up. Due to collect 12pm but I arrived approx 12.35 but van wasnt ready or even in the area. The previous customer hadn't returned it by 12pm. Noone seemed to have noticed this until I turned up for my van. Eventually an hour later they offered me an electric van to substitute the van that hadn't yet arrived. So approx 2 hours later at 2pm I drove off with a van. Luckily it didn't really spoil anything as the van wasnt fully charged and I only needed to do local trips. Otherwise it could have been very different. I was told in returning the van that they were short staffed also. Ours wasnt the only issue, another customer before me also had issues so I'm definitely reluctant to use Enterprise again. Despite the staff doing what they could to kit us oit with what we'd booked. Their saving grace was certainly that they had an alternative option for me.

  Quite a wait to be seen. Been trying to sort a chip on the windscreen for quite some time on a long term hire, the windscreen repair company were happy to have come to our workplace but Enterprise insisted us attending their site. Limited parking and very busy site to access. Depending on the traffic lights can take you a while to get in or out of their carpark.
