  I hired a van from here and I had pictured all the scratches and dents that were visible. On return I was accused of damaging the door as there were 3 equidistant miniature deforatiea on the sliding door, only visible from a certain angle. When I pointed out that there deforatiea were exactly where the hinge was attached, they added hinge damage to the bill and took 1200GBP from my account,in spite of me refusing to sign the 'damage report'. After complaining to Enterprise central management, money was fully refunded and apology received. Would never rent from here ever again. The cheek was the ginger bloke asked me to show a picture of the door from before the rental. As the dents were virtually invisible both before and after the rental, of course I did not. Why would I have a picture of invisible damage. Pictures of pre existing damage attached.

  The worst company I’ve ever dealt with, had hire car off them for 6 months as car blew up and was with Audi servicing. Got car back from Audi on Thurs EOD. Called Enterpise on Wed to arrange drop off time on Sat at 8am. Revived 4 calls between 5pm on Thurs to 12 noon on Friday demanding car back. Tried to call them back to confirm I had already agreed to drop at 8am on Sat but after 7 attempts and no answer, I decided to go to office. There was a large queue so I left a return two hours later. Girl at desk confirmed she was person I spoke to and no issue dropping following day. Audi also called them to confirm that was fine. Returned car at 8am, then started 4 mile walk home in pouring rain. Ten minutes later I get call to say I owed 282. Advised girl of the arrangement made and she put me into her manager. He was rude and dismissivez I was so furious I went half to office to confront him. He couldn’t look me in eyes and kept saying nobody would have agreed to this. Well they did !!! Audi ended up sorting but the manager has still not sent me a complaints form. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAIDS, I’m going to take manager to court for slander as he told me I was lying. He thinks I won’t but trust me this is principle now. He didn’t have decency to call me back when I’m sure the girl I spoke to confirmed. He’s an egotistical …

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 Unsatisfactory experience with the Paisley branch regarding vehicle condition and post-rental billing. Following a commercial van hire, I was billed a substantial amount for minor hinge-point sheet metal indentations on the sliding door. These marks aligned with the door's internal mounting brackets, had intact paint, and showed no scuffs or exterior damage, which indicates operational wear rather than customer damage. Staff on-site refused to reconsider the claim despite my objections. While Enterprise’s central Damage Recovery Unit eventually investigated, dropped the claim in full, and issued a full refund, the branch's initial handling of the dispute was very stressful and caused temporary financial disruption. I strongly advise anyone renting at this location to document every inch of the vehicle with clear photo/video evidence prior to driving away.
