  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They rip me off, booked on the net for a price & when they took the money out they overcharged me by an extra $1800 pounds

  The van I booked was not available. I then accepted an electric instead of the diesel requested. I was told it would be charged and off the charger by half 10. I arrived around 11 to learn that it was round at the chargers at the BP garage near the airport. I had to drive there and had to rush through the van checking/excess information which was not appropriate given the time constraints as I only had 15 mins to park, and we left on the 15 min mark. The van should have been ready at the Enterprise location. If I had known that prior to payment, I would have went elsewhere. I was also charged twice for the additional driver fee and one fee was refunded when this was pointed out.

  Rented a van from here a couple of months ago which had a damaged wing mirror cap which was listed on the paperwork. Dropped the van off at another branch who claimed it was new damage who appeared to contact Paisley branch but they still proceeded to hold me liable for existing damage. I was then issued a liability of damage from their recovery unit for over £2200 and retained £200 of my money, this was for a £50 plastic cover. Made repeated calls to the branch who never returned any calls which was of no help when stressed with a large unlawful claim, resulting in myself checking with local businesses who may have CCTV to show me leaving near the branch on pickup date if damage was captured which I was able to confirm. Had to attend branch in person to get the claim closed and get the hold on my account released but after making a complaint about the claim, processed and service received I was simply ignored by the branch even going through their customer service centre. I was then ignored for weeks at all levels of management and complaint was never resolved, not even a written apology from the branches. I don’t rent vehicles regularly but always attended here when I had to, never again though, a lot of undue stress and financial worry due to non existent customer care.

  The one-way drop-off at the Paisley branch was extremely helpful and made everything much easier for me. The staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. Unlike some other car hire companies, Enterprise made the whole process simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them.

  Rented a car from here,It was spotless inside + really good customer service from sophia i dealt with when picking the car up she was great 💕 As was the lovely man with glasses i dealt with when i took the car back👌🏼 Will defo be using this company in the future when i need a car again for a few days 😁
