  When we arrived to the airport, Amy C was amazing in getting us into the correct car, which was a great vehicle. She made the process great. Had many hiccups from booking through a Third Party Online Company (Big Mistake, should have just booked through Enterprise). All the staff were great from the start of picking up the car, to returning the car.

  We had a great experience with enterprise Glasgow airport. The service when picking up our rental was smooth and easy and the staff was exceptional. While all the staff were great, we were especially impressed by Paul Johnstone who helped us at the front desk. Paul was cheerful, polite, and informative. We were also super impressed by Scott, who helped us during drop off. Scott was great to deal with and super professional. Thank you so much, enterprise, Paul, and Scott.

  At the Glasgow Airport Enterprise car park on August 1, we noted a rub on the passenger side left front of the car. Cameron, the agent helping us, pulled out his measuring card, magnifying glass, and used his fingernail and said that the scuff was not deep enough to note. We proceeded to take pictures and videos of the vehicle for our record. We successfully drove the vehicle without incident during our week of rental. Then on August 8, at return at the Edinburgh Enterprise Car Park, we explicitly called out the rub to both a younger male and female agent (having read the previous reviews on google). The female agent had both my wife and myself show her the photos and the videos of the car at the Edinburgh Enterprise Car Park with the date and location. She took copies of our photos and a photo of the video, and said that we would not be liable for damage. We then received two separate phone calls on August 8th at 9:50 am and again on August 9th at 10:13 am, after returning the rental from the Glasgow Enterprise confirming that we would not be charged for the rub on the passenger front that we had noted at both branches. They both said that they were checking our satisfaction and confirming that we would not be charged. Then on 8/12 at 11:53 am I received a docusign from Dru from Enterprise Mobility attempting to collect my signature so that they could file a damage claim against our credit card for the damage that we did not do to the vehicle, and had 5 separate staff members say that we would not be liable for. I rent from Enterprise for my employment 12-20 times per year for the past 15 years. I have not had an issue like this arise from any of my past rentals. I booked direct on my normal enterprise account. I had seen some of the reviews on google, but wanted to confirm that there appears to be a SIGNIFICANT inconsistency between staff and whoever is managing the billing and claims. I hope that Enterprise resolves this promptly (I have contacted them directly already) and it is only an error on their part, in which case I will adjust my review.

  Bought the excess protection after probing the salesman when he glossed over the fact that without it, I would be liable for £1000 per dent/incident regardless of fault. I was assured at the point of sale by the saleman, and again by Assistant Manager, Rory Campbell, at the point of raising a claim that the amount payable cannot exceed the prescribed maximum policy excess of £250 (for a luxury hire, £150 for a standard hire). I've since been charged £500 in addition to the rental costs, have raised the issue on multiple occasions with various departments to no resolution, and have received a wholly unsubstantiated and unsatisfactory explanation that I've been charged the correct amount and that the case is now closed. In my latest correspondence, I advised that I will be raising an action in the small claims court to remedy the issue. I'll also be submitting an invoice at my usual hourly rate as part of this action for time spent trying to rectify it. Following my experience of hiring from Enterprise at Glasgow Airport, I would urge you, as I did following my claim, to walk across the car park and hire a car from Sixt instead.

  We don’t know where to start, and are only sorry it has taken so long to thank Amy Crombleholme and Karen Greer for the most outstanding customer service received at Glasgow Airport Enterprise on Thursday. We have had the most outstanding holiday in Scotland - which all began with an Enterprise experience that has firmly cemented our decision to use Enterprise on every future holiday! My husband booked a large people carrier on learning that family (who had never visited Scotland before), with lots of luggage - would be visiting us from South Africa. Wanting to be sure we could all fit in the booked “wagon”, I contacted Glasgow Enterprise to confirm we would have enough space (discussing our group number and bags), and was encouraged over the phone to book an additional car to be sure we’d all fit (on top of the original car booked in my husband’s name). On landing at Glasgow airport, we were greeted by Amy and Karen in the most friendly manner - what a welcome! They then questioned our need for 2 vehicles (after reviewing our booking vs luggage requirements) and on seeing we comfortably fitted in 1 large people carrier booked - offered to refund us the additional car (putting me on that rental as an additional driver as a gesture of goodwill). In a world where exceptional customer service is so rare, kindness is so unexpected - and making a saving is almost unheard of, this act of kindness - that enabled us to travel all together and have such a memorable experience in Scotland as a result, caught us off guard and has had us singing Enterprise’s praises to everyone we have spoken to throughout our highland adventures. Thank you, and an enormous shout out to Amy and Karen. Please acknowledge their exceptional service, delivered with such smiles and converting us completely to Enterprise! May all future experiences be just as amazing! We look forward to driving our van back after an outstanding holiday tomorrow! Many thanks from all of us!
