Don't take a vehicle with ANY damage. I was assured it would be fine and now I'm paying for it (literally). I didn't trust my gut. If I got a vehicle in good condition I wouldn't be dealing with this right now. Unfortunately I'm having three different conversations now to try and rectify it. This is why I am giving it a low review. Take LOTS of photos for proof. Learn from my mistakes and you'll be fine.

My Deposit was retain since 1st May, after dozens of emails they just stop answer, the payment of the 91.99£ that should happens wasn't complete because they filled the country code of my mobile number wrong, and they don't care about fix it to pay, it's almost a year trying to fix this problem and until now nobody cares about it. Unfortunately I believe that this problem will not be solved, so the only thing that I can do it's to share with future customers what is expected.

I had an excellent service from the staff at Alamo Glasgow airport. Right from checking in, with Paul Johnstone, he was very helpful, polite and sorted out a problem for me. The car itself was immaculate, new and ready as soon as we arrived at the collection point . We were met by Karam who was friendly, polite and again very helpful and gave us all the information and contact numbers we would need for our holiday driving. On return we were met by a happy, friendly member of staff, he checked the car and we received the security deposit within a few hours. I have to say this Alamo team are the best we have used around the world, I genuinely mean that. Highly recommend!
