  I paid for my rental in advance, including an additional driver fee. They tried to charge me again on pickup for the additional driver, and then waived the fee due to the communication error. Still chasing the refund after 4 weeks and going round in circles!

  We rented a car via Enterprise UK/Alamo in Scotland. The car broke down with a flat tire on Islay. It literally took a dozen or more phone calls and over 12 hours to get a resolution. We were lied to multiple times by the RA on the island, being told that he was in route to assist but never showed. We sat on the curb next to the car for over four hours waiting based on direction from Enterprise UK and AA. One whole day of our holiday was ruined and spent dealing with a flat tire... We lost money due to unfulfilled reservations that day as well and incurred extreme stress and frustration as the entire remainder of our holiday was at risk of being derailed because of a flat tire and the inability for anyone over the phone to assist. Why on earth a rental car would not have a spare tire is beyond me... Using a local RA who has no intention of providing roadside assistance is also unacceptable. I will never recommend or use Enterprise or Alamo in any form again nor will allow my company to as well. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had from a company like this.

  Watch out for the insurance scam. Know what CDW coverage you have *before* you speak to them or they will hit you with HUNDREDS of dollars you probably don’t have to spend. (Check your credit cards for coverage) They don’t give you ANY relevant information until you are standing there with the car being asked to sign and it’s too late to do your own research. We were forced to downgrade the car at the last second because we were being pushed to either take the car or walk away. We did have adequate coverage ans we suspected but they insisted on forcing us to find it under a rush. Insurance = pure profit for them and they love it. Actual car was fine otherwise, but no compensation offered.

  Paid for the car from before on a 3rd party insurance the lady when I went to pick the car was very pushy about the potholes etc and wanted me to spend 800 euros for a full insurance. Ended up with the 3rd party insurance but was very stressed about it making our trip intense. I do have experience with driving I was never before acted in like that shame because for her I wouldn't rent from them again the guy at the end checked everything and was very chill he apologised to us but the damage was already done. Also with the fee of 200 pounds they charge the credit card there were also 170 pounds of fees and etc. If you are planning to rent from them don't pay the full tank before hand they don't return the amount if you drop off the car with a full tank.

  Glasgow Airport team is strong 5, very quick and professional, the car is great, in very good condition, pickup and drop-off went smooth Online Customer Service is strong 1. When issue happened, customer service did not help at all, kicked us out to some other service, so we ended calling to Mazda service center where they said that the car is not registered with them, so we had to solve it by ourselves.
