- GRGloria RgvMar 6, 20263.0Last Friday (17:45–18:10), a large screw from your station damaged our tyre. No staff were available. UPDATE 1: The Saturday Duty Manager failed to log the incident. UPDATE 2 (20/03/2026): We have now been contacted by Tesco's claims insurers (sopp+sopp). UPDATE 3: After several weeks and providing all video and photographic evidence, they have finally taken responsibility and reimbursed the cost of the tyre. While I appreciate the resolution, the process was far too slow and the customer service was initially non-existent and then quite poor. It’s a "happy ending," but it took a lot of unnecessary effort
