  Very pleasant staff, reasonable rates. I booked a ford focus and got a brand new Peugeot suv. I have previously hired from Enterprise Newbury where the choice of car was fewer, more expensive, and the staff were not as nice to deal with. Well worth the half hour drive from Newbury to Reading West in my opinion.

  Enterprise sorted out a courtesy car for me while mine was getting fixed. The only downside was that I had to give it back! Great service, nice people, Epic loan car!

  Went to there rental office quoted £186. Went online £106 so paid that. Got there then had to pay £200 deposit. I wasn't aware of that then I was told its £1750 excess and I can pay £72 to waiver it. Then they inform me i have a parking fine from a car park thats free and charge me £35 for telling me. Haven't received the actual fine yet. Won't use them again.

  I made appointment with one week before. I told them that I need the van in a certain day but I cannot tell them at what time I am going to take it because with my job I may finish at 10am or 6pm. The guy told me that the van is going to be prepared anyway from 8am. I go to take the van and surprise surprise, they don't have a van for me because apparently I was booked for 5pm. They find a van on the end and now I need to pay. He ask me if I have my card with me. I said that I don't have it but I can give him the info of the card from my app. We tried and it didn't go through. So he ask me if I am sure that that card is a credit card. I said that it is not. Long story short, I couldn't pay because apparently you need a credit card to use they're services of renting whatever. I spent one houre un there just to find out in the end that they can not rent me any van. Well done enterprise 👏👏👏👏 My advice to people, don't rent from this guys.
