Enterprise gave us a great car to replace our Tesla whilst it was repaired. It was a large Peugeot 5008 so bigger and newer than our Tesla, but being electric as well it cost us nothing extra to run for the month we had it. We tried to collect on a day we were passing their office, but car had insufficient charge so the office promised to deliver it to our home next day with plenty of charge, which they did. Hassle free collection and return.

This branch is unexperienced and useless in their jobs. Vehicles are dirty, windscreen are dirty and greasy (what is not road ready and legal), damage on vehicles are not marked on the paperwork even you asking it. Vehicle are not properly checked and prepared before hire. This is 3rd time I hired vehicle from this branch and nothing changed even I told all issues to the branch manager.

Excellent service from Andres when collecting the vehicle, Thanks Andres 👍. I was slightly delayed dropping the vehicle and then realised I'd forgot the keys for my car parked in the Enterprise Club area. I spoke to Laura and she was so understanding and her approach was marvelous. Thank you Laura for being so understanding and demonstrating empathy and excellent customer service.👏 It's my often I complete review but I do when individuals make a difference. Hats of to both Andres and Laura, you're a credit to the Enterprise Team at Cows Lane, Reading. I will certainly recommend you to friends and family.
