  Ordered a car on the same day and they didn't have any cars available so they had to cancel which is fair, but it has been a month and I still didn't get a refund, even though they promised It will happen in 2 weeks. I had to call multiple times and I am still waiting for the refund.

  Easy, quick , efficent, nice car. Makes hiring a car simple. Only issue for me is any large vehicle where the deposit is 500 you need a credit card not a debit card so I can't hire the vehicles I sometimes need. If I need a small car tho I always choose enterprise

  I had a lovely experience here. I was served by Leo, who was friendly, helpful, and importantly, not pushy. I really appreciated his relaxed, low-pressure approach, having experienced other branches where I was pressured to purchase extra covers. I also received a brand new car, which was a nice bonus too!
