    One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Reading South Enterprise. I booked a 9-seater vehicle for 17 July 2026, and Enterprise accepted the booking and took full payment. However, shortly before collection, I received a call saying they did not have a vehicle available. I was told at the branch that the payment would be refunded within 7 working days, but no refund was received. After becoming tired of repeatedly calling, I raised a formal complaint with Customer Service. I was then told I would receive a response within 7 days, but that deadline has also passed with no response or resolution. I have now contacted my bank and started a Section 75 claim, and I am also escalating the matter to the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA). It is extremely disappointing that a company can take payment for a vehicle it cannot provide and then leave the customer chasing for weeks just to get their own money back. The whole experience has wasted a significant amount of my time. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Enterprise.

    I had a great experience with Enterprise. I rented a Volvo XC40, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I would especially like to appreciate Abdul, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He completed all the formalities very quickly and provided excellent customer service. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Enterprise to others.

    Abdul was both efficient, professional and knowledgeable at collection of the vehicle, I made an error in my booking and on arrival needed a bigger van. Everything was dealt with and I left happy that I had the right vehicle for my needs. No issues with the hire, and was pleasantly surprised to see Abdul again when returning the vehicle. Effortlessly checked it back and within 15 minutes was on my way. Great service and a good experience Thank you
