  Avoid this company! I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this company. Their business model feels incredibly deceptive. First, their customer service is nonexistent; expect to sit on hold for at least 30 minutes if you try to call. After they picked up the phone, the receptionist, Lisa, was so unprofessional that instead of apologizing, she cut me off. Second, their website advertises live vehicle availability that is completely inaccurate. They accepted my booking, processed my payment, and then called me afterward to cancel because they actually had no cars available. To make matters worse, I have to wait for a refund for three working days. Taking payment for services you cannot fulfill is unacceptable. I do not recommend using them.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with this rental experience, as the car(9 seater)I collected was unfit for use and clearly received no preparation or inspection beforehand. It had a pre-existing puncture on the rear wheel, a dangerously loose side mirror I had to keep adjusting while driving on the motorway, leftover rubbish inside that I had to clear out myself, and an exterior that was only quickly sprayed down leaving bad water spots rather than properly cleaned. Car had two missing wheel covers that made it look ugly, When I asked to swap it for the same identical car on site, I was refused and told minor issues are normal and nothing was wrong with car given to me and you would expect little damage. While being falsely told the other car had a broken air conditioning system that could not be fixed which I later discovered that same car was rented to someone else anyway, showing the manager’s explanation was untrue and inconsistent. The lack of safety checks, basic cleaning, honesty, in my honest opinion, absolutely disgraceful service !!
