  Ich hatte fast ein neues Auto für 5 Tagen bekommen. Lief alles sehr gut, hatte ich keine Schwierigkeiten. Kann ich empfehlen.

  It was a while ago, but I thought I would leave a review. I used to hire cars from this branch regularly, however, following a series of negative experiences I stopped using them since about a year ago. Unfortunately, my experiences with this branch were not always very pleasant. Some staff members were quite pushy when trying to sell additional covers, with comments along the lines of: “If you scrape here, it will cost £1,700; if you damage this, another £1,700,” which felt quite pressuring and very intimidating… I also experienced problems with the vehicles on more than one occasion. Some cars had damaged wiper blades, while others had slow punctures that I noticed during the rental. I have given 2 stars because not all staff members were like this, and I have had very positive experiences with other branches of the same company. However, based on my experiences, I would personally avoid this particular branch.

  Do not use this Enterprise Rent -a -Car service! You are warned! For two days we have been trying to secure a car. All the cars are listed as available on the website. We successfully booked it with confirmation number and everything. Few minutes later we got a call saying it’s not available and nothing similar is( just a basic automatic jeep). We booked something else, they confirmed again. On our way to them they called and cancelled again. Just sorry. Day 2: Booked a different vehicle early in the morning. While leaving the house they called and cancelled again-said they had none for that location. The representative told us there is availability at Reading West. We successfully booked and confirmed at Reading west. ( we weren’t trying to go through this again so we still called the office for a second confirmation-THEY CONFIRMED AND WE TOLD THEM WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO PICK UP. While at the last roundabout to get to them they called and cancelled on us again! Saying they have nothing until next week! Uhhh the frustration!! Why have the vehicles listed as available and even allow booking if it is not available? What is the purpose of the agent that is confirming the vehicle availability and location if it is all a lie? As a business, why waste potential customers time and create a bad reputation for yourself building mistrust and unreliability? I don’t get it. But if you are looking for problems you can try Enterprise, if not I strongly advise to go elsewhere. Very disappointed that they could not even offer us a different vehicle.
