I visited Britten Tyres to have an object checked in the rear right tyre of my Tesla Model Y. Unsure of how deep it was, I ordered a replacement tyre just in case. Fortunately, there was no leak, and they were happy to return the replacement. They did note that my rear tyres were wearing down, but instead of pushing for an immediate sale, they suggested swapping the front and rear tyres to extend their lifespan so I can replace all four at once later. The work cost me just £18, saving me from a £260 tyre replacement! I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Britten Tyres for their honesty and transparency - a rare find in the auto industry.

I had a puncture.
I called a mobile puncture repairer. They fixed and charged me £60.
The tyre was still losing pressure. Called the mobile repairer again, he visited and reinforced the previous repair.
Tyre was STILL losing pressure.
Went looking for a proper tyre shop.
Landed at Britten Tyres Limited by chance.
I had to wait a few minutes while Paul finished an existing job.
Paul separated the tyre from the wheel. Found the previously repaired puncture with temporary repair was okay, however tyre valve was faulty, but most importantly there was another 1 inch nail puncture which could only be seen from inside the tyre.
I was just about to undertake a 200 mile journey. The Mobile repairer was in a hurry to repair and make money. Had I continued to persevere with what had been done, I would have been exposed to a severe safety risk.
Paul attended to both the previous and 2nd new found puncture from the inside of the tyre using the more reliable combination repair patch and plug. He replaced the tyre valve. Finally he did the wheel balancing.
His total charge was £22 plus tax.
Paul also gave me some pieces of good advice for future puncture repair.
