I liked the booking site because I could review the tyre specs easily. I was given a time window of 3 hours, but I wasn't waiting long before I got seen. The process was fairly straight forward, called into the office initially, when it was my turn, I drove into the bay and called into the office to pay then drove away.

Really poor, overcharged service. 3 staff working. Waiting over 1 1/2 hrs for a job that took less than 10 minutes. One staff was sat doing nothing for half hr and it then took all 3 of the staff to work on one car at a time.
