    DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. Rented a van when moving house, everything went fine and the van was driven carefully and responsibly. Upon returning the van they did a full inspection and found a gauge in the tyre, I have no way of knowing if this was there when I picked up the van as I didn’t think to check under every tyre. We did not drive over any pot holes or hit any curbs, there is nothing that happened on this drive that would have cause this damage. I was told on the day that repairs would cost £60 and to expect a refund of £140 from my deposit. I received the invoice today and they have charged me £91 for repairs AND £78 for ADMIN FEES. They have been extremely unhelpful and rude. I agree with other reviews on this branch, they will find a way to take more money off you. Disgusting.

    Enterprise Car Hire (Pontypridd) delivered excellent customer service from start to finish. The team were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. The car was spotless, well‑maintained, and exactly as described. I was particularly impressed by how attentive and helpful the staff were throughout. Highly recommended.

    Enterprise are great for hiring a vehicle. They bend over backwards to suit the hire vehicle to your needs. The staff too are lovely. They also pick you up if necessary which is a great service. Would definitely recommend them.

    Absolutely terrible service! I Pre Booked and Payed for a Van Hire a week in advance for Pickup at 8am on Friday 22nd May for a major business event, only to get a call at 2.35pm today (the day before) saying "sorry we have no vans due to re calls and lack of vans available and are just letting you know to make alternative arrangements" THE DAY BEFORE! Its a Bank Holiday weekend, you have the payment which cant be returned instantly and im supposed to find another van in a couple of hours before everything closes! Absolute Joke!
