  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They rip me off, booked on the net for a price & when they took the money out they overcharged me by an extra $1800 pounds

  I hired a car out last month around June time and as were giving it back I accidentally left my phone in the back off the car seat pocket. However the person I spoke too Was called Zeeshan i told him the situation and he made sure that my phone was found and safely returned back too me. He was very helpful and a polite person. I was worried that my phone probably got stolen but Zeeshan kept his word and brought the phone back. So thank you Zeeshan for your time and effort, your customer service skills were spot on! I really appreciate it for what you did for us thank you! Sonia

  Hired an extra large commercial van for 10 days. Van was great but the customer service at the Rochdale branch was even better. Great team, great service.

  After breaking down on the 62 and recovery taking forever, managed to get a lift to this branch to sort a hire car last minute to continue to York - the lads were great got a vehicle ready for me in Under 10minutes and had me on my way not to spoil our trip - massive thanks too Essah and rich for they’re customer service first class unlike the Aintree branch who could learn a few things from these boys !!

  Very friendly and nice to deal with, no pushy hard upsell for full cover which is a nice change, they used my name, the van was brand new, very clean and fuelled. I have rented from them before with mixed experiences, last time the car was unavailable but they gave me a very good upgrade after a small delay, I would choose them every time I am in Rochdale visiting family, air conditioned office too. My rental extension took less than 1 minute to organise. All digital no messy papers and overall a very good clear and organised experience.
