  Shoutout to the whole team here everyone is amazing and helpful would definitely recommend, I spoke with Russell mainly and he was amazing too really helpful really kind big shoutout to Russell, helped me get the best courtesy car for possible even when insurance tried to cheat me Again I’d definitely recommend this team and branch everyone’s great especially Russel who took care of me this this time round

  Hire car not fit for purpose broke down on 2nd day The manager Hayley offered £35 as compensations, which I have not received . Emailed hayley today, No response.

  I’m really disappointed with my experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Peterborough). I rented a car from Friday to Sunday and, overall, the online booking process was straightforward. When I arrived to collect the car, I was told I’d been given a “free upgrade” from the Nissan Juke I had booked to a Nissan Qashqai, which I initially thought was great. Unfortunately, when I inspected the car, I quickly realised it had not been properly cleaned or checked before being handed over to me. There was a large, crushed-up cardboard box in the boot, an empty alcoholic drinks can in the rear passenger door, and, most concerningly, a letter belonging to the previous renter containing their personal information. I raised the condition of the car when I returned it on Sunday. The member of staff was very apologetic, but there didn’t seem to be any further action taken. To make matters worse, I returned the car at 11:15am, well before the agreed return time of 12pm. At around 1pm, I then received a phone call from Enterprise telling me that I had failed to return the car on time! I explained that the car had already been returned and even gave the name of the person I had handed the keys to. It turned out that the person I was speaking to on the phone was the same person I had returned the car to. Again, I was given an apology, but by this point I was extremely frustrated. The fact that the vehicle was handed to me in an unclean condition, contained another customer's personal information, and then I was contacted and effectively chased for a late return when I had actually returned the car early is simply not the standard of customer service I expected. Mistakes can happen, but there were several issues during one short rental, and unfortunately the apologies didn't really make up for the poor experience. Based on this experience, I don't think I would choose Enterprise again. I expected a much higher standard of service and vehicle preparation. Edit: In response to owners reply, I have now followed the customer service process and explained the situation again to the chatbot, only to be told that there is no further step available and that the issue cannot be escalated or referred to a member of staff (see photo).

  Really good experience with Enterprise Van Hire Peterborough. I was served very quickly and, to my surprise, I ended up getting an upgrade to a bigger van than the one I originally booked, which was a nice bonus. The van was suitable for what I needed and I had no issues getting my £200 deposit back, which was reassuring. One thing to remember is to return the van with the fuel at the same level as when you collected it. Otherwise, the additional admin and fuel charges can be quite high.

  Big thankyou to all the staff at enterprise! Every single one of them have been so friendly and kind. Got a courtesy car through enterprise and the entire experience has been amazing. I really cant praise them enough, this kind of customer service is rare nowadays.
